I had a showing scheduled and the agent never came. Our appointment was confirmed verbally and the agent knew that it would be over an hour drive for us. When I finally got a hold of the owner of the company, Arturo, he said "you can do whatever you want to do" when I asked "what should I do now" as we waited for close to 30 minutes past our confirmed appointment. I understand that emergencies or last minute pop ups happen, but that should be communicated to the customer before they waste over an hour driving one way to see a listing. As an owner of a company, Arturo provided extremely poor and rude customer service. I would not recommend this company at all. read more

Jesus Perez is an outstanding realtor. Very patient and understanding. Being young, uses modern technology such as email, smartphones and other electronics in his profession. No sales pressure. Genuinely interested in clients needs and willing to work with them until client finds the 'right' property. Does not sugar coat just to make a sale- speaks the truth and accepts facts when there are issues with the property shown. Shows as many properties as the client desires until client finds the property he/she likes--never once felt irritated or disinterested when asked to show many different properties. Leaves you wondering why every realtor is not like him. read more
