It is in my opinion the best restaurant in the city.
One Michelin star very well deserved and I believe another one will arrive soon.
My suggestion is to choose one of the chef's tasting menus which have an excellent quality/price ratio. My dinner started with an outstanding gift from the chef : a revised version of the local "Bagna Cauda" served as a multicolor soup in a Martini glass: simply Amazing ! The trio of antipasti was also one of the best I ever tasted. Insalata russa really home-made, the famous "vitello tonnato" as it should be prepared and a tantalizing "tonno di coniglio" were the components of my dish. As pasta, I would recommend to ask for the "agnolotti del plin", which are one of their signature dish. My main dish was the "vitello in crosta di cipole", which also was very tasting and cooked at the perfection. Special mention for the dessert, namely for the "piccola pasticceria" which is not "piccola" at all ! . If you like wine, please ask to Stefano, the kind and super professional maitre, who will propose you some of the best bottles he has in Eataly's huge cellar. Price is in the range of 80 - 120 Euro, but I was prepared to pay much more for such a quality and service. Highly recommended ! read more
