It had 2 small bedrooms each with 2 twin beds pushed together. There was one small love seat coach big enough for 2 adults and maybe one child. It had a very small partial kitchen with no oven or no microwave oven and one small refrigerator that you would find in a college dorm room. There are 2 bathrooms. One with just a toilet and sink and the other with sink, small shower, and toilet. Also neither bathroom has any counter space. The entire resort had unpaved gravel roads big enough for only one car with very unclear and non existent signs. Not many things seemed to be labeled. Apartment looked like it hasn't been updated since 1970. It had one tv and no wifi. Wifi could only be found in their restaurant or pool area. Also the Resort does not consider people who have disabilities. Roads and pathways are all rocky, have many hills and not many stairs have hand railings which makes it very difficult to climb. Also the property is not very well lit. I would never recommend this resort to anyone, even my worst enemy. This resort needs a major renovation into the 21st century or just needs to be knocked down.

Roberto was so knowledgeable and made sure we knew all the best places to visit along with the history of the beautiful Tuscan countryside! He even gave us recommendations for our second leg of the trip to Rome. We will definitely use this service again!!

Bottled water was provided and he even stopped to get Fresh pizza for us. By the time we finished touring with Roberto for two days we felt that we knew so much about the area, history and culture of the region. Roberto's knowledge or art, history, food and culture was so impressive. The tour we did with Roberto was much more than him driving us from place to place. Each place we went was so carefully planned and curated. We visited wineries, vineyards and a sheep farm that makes cheese. With his help, we were able to visit every place we wanted to see as well as some smaller unknown, hidden gems. We saw so many beautiful landscapes and Roberto stopped frequently for us to take in the views! I cannot say enough wonderful things about Roberto. We hope to go back soon to tour Umbria and Florence with Roberto.
