I got my first taste of them at a radio remote last year and was hooked. I got to meet the owners and talk to them. I fully support great local eateries like this one over a large chain any day. I don't use this app and downloaded it solely for this review. Today they had a minor difficulty and were not able to process cards. The cashier went above and beyond the call of duty to be accommodating to make sure we were taken care of. It's getting 4-stars because of the Salza! The flavor punched guacamole salsa is what Mexican food dreams are all about. I recommend buying the XL bucket in the drive through and enjoying it at home. The other food on the menu, is fine. Not a huge fan. The kids meals are a great deal, and my kids like them. If you do eat in, they have a good variety of drinks, and flavor add ins, which is always fun. read more

I loveeeee this place. It's close to my house and has killer quesadillas and salads. The guac and salsa are great and definitely worth getting a side of. I discovered class salza a few months ago when my group of friends were getting bored of our regular lunch spots. This was a good change. The chips and salsa are expensive but very yummy. I come here often and love that unlike cafe rio and costa vida they offer a menu with some fried options (chimechangas, flautas, salas bowls). The flautas are very good and are my go to choice! They are bigger than most and stuffed with whatever meat you choose (I like the sweet pork). Their nachos are also a pile of deliciousness and come with a small container of their awesome salsa. If you are a fan of sweeter salsa then you will probably love what they have came up with, but I wish they would also offer a few different salsas to choose from as I usually prefer mine a bit on the spicy side. read more

We have loved going to Casa Salza through the years. Today, 2 co-workers and I went there about 12:30PM. The dining room was full-no changing of seating or social distancing for COVID or regard for a county wide mask mandate. No one on the staff was wearing a mask. I'm sad. In my opinion, Casa Salza has better sweet pork than Costa Vida and Cafe Rio. Their salsa is tasty, too! We often get coupons in the mail, which is nice. The service is a little slow, but it's worth the wait. read more

They are known for being fast. This last time they were a little too fast. Got a smothered chicken burrito (my usual) on my lunch/dinner break (I work swings) with raw chicken. I am not an avacado fan and thats the basis if the salsa. My wife really likes it here because of the salsa. I felt as if it was just another Bajio/Costa Vida/Cafe Rio type place only owned and ran by locals. The food was okay but for me it was meh. The atmosphere is pretty much the same as the above places as well. The chips are actually pretty good. Light and crispy with the right amount of crunch. I have been to Casa Salza three times in the last year. The first time they messed up my to go order (I ordered no rice but got rice). They made it right and gave me a gift certificate around $10. When I went back and used the gift certificate everything was good. I reluctantly went back today and they messed up my order just like the first time. I even ask when they handed my order if it had no rice. I called and they said they gave me the wrong order. I went back and they handed me my correct order with a $5 off a $25 order. It's not about the money it's about the fact your employees can't get an order right. I will not be back. read more

The Salza is amazing! Everything else is about average. I would recommend coming here for salsa. Their other food is a lot like Cafe Rio / CostaVita but not as good. Come here for the Salza and you wont be disappointed unless you order something else. read more

Years ago I went when both owners (husband & wife) were working, the food was just ok, however I felt like the wife had an attitude with us. I thought maybe it was just that day, but one time me and my wife were st Shopko and said " hey it's the owner of Casa salza and went to say "hi" and she said "the line starts back there" and pointed to the back, we were like what the heck? This salsa is addicting. I can't get enough of it! I love the soft shell tacos with the grilled chicken. You can't go wrong with anything here. The service is fantastic. Let me start off by saying that the salsa was delicious. The only slight problem I had was the price to protein ratio. I got a steak wrapped burrito for around 8$ for a spoonful of steak. While the burrito itself was around a pound, it was 95% rice and beans and completely overpowered the little steak that was there. It would be worth the price if the steak was Kobe in a taquito size burrito. The actual steak was a little subpar and had the consistency of roast beef. I think next time I will just spend the money toward some a lot of chips and salsa. read more

This place is a real gem, we got the enchiladas and the chimichanga. Both were amazing, especially the enchiladas, definitely try the sweet pork one. Very well priced and clean environment. I wanted to try "something different" and that's what I got! The food was good, and like super amazing but really good. The tortillas are really good, and has nice flavor. The "salsa" they serve is something I've never had before. Now, would not call it salsa but it's very good. My only issue was the wait. I do understand it's going to take time, but I waited almost 30 minutes at the drive thru. They were busy inside, I seen that, but that long of a wait should never happen.
