Staff by the name of Antonio insinuated that it was members of his wedding party that stole items out of his room while all of us were away doing activities TOGETHER! This is absolutely unacceptable! A lot more of interest should've been shown, at the least to prevent others from robbed. I was paranoid The remainder of the trip.

Just got back a couple of weeks ago from this resort and frankly took my time before I wrote a…read morereview because I didn't want to respond while I was angry. But, 2 weeks since my return I am still angry. I paid the up charge for the exclusive service and adult only pool and beach area. They have one, but nobody actually polices that, so basically everybody can go anywhere they want and they do!!! The pool was nasty dirty, didn't see anybody ever cleaning it but once all week. There were cups, straws, leaves, dirty band-aids, etc etc We also paid for Ocean Front room, there isn't such a room. All the rooms that they call Ocean Front are at best ocean view, and the room they tried to put us in initial didn't even have a view, we where on 3rd floor and our view was of a pool bar roof top. We finally got a room that far far away in the distance you could see the ocean, and it was on 6th floor. There was one very small elevator for that entire building, and the room services, maids etc all use the elevator during the day so you need to use the stairs or wait 15 minutes. It's ridicules that they don't a service elevator like any even 2 star hotel would have, even the staff was embarrassed about it. Obviously, it's not their fault. Even though we were in the butler exclusive area we carried our own bags out even after I called for help, and when we stopped at the concierge desk to check out they still didn't offer to help get our bags all the way to the main lobby. The "special" lobby for exclusive service is out of the way and doesn't take you outside. I tried to get a medium grade shot of tequila, and was told no, even though I paid for the premium service. And they had a full bottle on the bar of what I had just asked for, seriously it was insulting. The servers don't know who is exclusive and who isn't, because they don't give you anything to identify who you are. So don't bother paying for the upgrade because this place won't make a difference. I've stayed in lots of resorts around the world and always get the upgraded service, I've only had issues once before and it was also an Excellence resort. The food was not great, and the lay out of the resort is just stupid! They had great shows in the evenings, but it was impossible to watch them, because they were in this auditorium nowhere near any breeze, at all. It was stifling hot!

Hello all, We spent 5 nights at the Dreams Vista Cancun Golf…read more& Spa Resort. Overall, our experience was OK--not bad, but certainly not outstanding. While the resort offered a decent package of restaurants and services, it didn't quite meet our expectations based on previous stays at other all-inclusive locations. If you're considering this resort and don't have much prior information, it's best to manage your expectations. Some reviews come from guests experiencing all-inclusives for the first time, so their reference points may differ. Here's a summary: The real standout here was the staff--they were consistently friendly, welcoming, and helpful throughout our stay. We genuinely enjoyed interacting with them. Bar service was prompt, and the drinks were good. The staff also did an excellent job keeping the property and beach areas clean and inviting. For staff alone, I would give them 5 stars (out of 5). If you're hoping to play golf at the nearby course, keep in mind that feedback from other guests indicates the course was in poor condition and not recommended. While I didn't play myself, a group we spoke with chose to book elsewhere after their experience. Note that the golf course is not managed by the resort, so check detailed reviews prior to booking a round. There are other options in the area. Overall, based on a golfer's perspective: 2 stars. The location works well enough, but don't expect to find much within walking distance for exploring. If you want to see more of the area, you'll likely need to rely on Uber or a cab. I did walk around and enjoyed learning about the local culture, though it turned into a 10-mile trek. Overall: This part is subjective. No rating. The biggest letdown was the restaurant dining. While we're not picky eaters, we do appreciate good food. The buffet offered plenty of choices, so you'll likely find something suitable for adults and kids alike. I had breakfast there daily and ate dinner a couple of times. It was fine--not memorable, but not disappointing either. Once again, the staff was great. Just keep expectations realistic for buffet dining. Overall: 4 stars Restaurants. We tried both the Asian and Italian restaurants. The Asian restaurant was acceptable--the food matched our expectations, but nothing stood out as exceptional. Our friends paid extra for the grill table (steak and lobster for $25), but they regretted the expense, feeling it wasn't worth the additional cost. Overall: 3.5 stars (excluding the grill table) The Italian restaurant was a real disappointment for us. The service was excellent, and our server was attentive and well-deserving of a generous tip. The basics--salad, bread, calamari, and included wines--were fine. However, the beef entrée I ordered was so poor in both taste and presentation that I couldn't tell what cut it was, or even if it was real beef. My friends tried it and agreed it tasted like a processed meat product rather than actual beef. The other dishes were just OK; nothing impressed us. Overall: 2 stars.

The spa was the best part of the stay. I ended up going twice. The staff is spot on. The entire place was clean. Room 9/10 Amenities 9/10 Spa 10/10 My A/C in my room broke and it was fixed really fast. Also, the floor I was on had different keys than other floors so my key would not work for me to get into the Preferred Club. No one figured this out til day 3 and then issued me an extra key. I was not impressed with the food at all. The buffet and taco bar saved my life... The wedding was handled outstanding and the dj was able to play everything we wanted to hear

The resort has a charming hacienda-style vibe, and with a few minor improvements, it could be notably better. For example, the rooms feature a wet bar, but it's of little use since there's no mini-fridge or cooking area--features that would better complement the extra sink. Also, the in-room coffee makers aren't always functional, which was a letdown for a morning coffee lover like myself. The staff is very hospitable, with the entertainment team and bartenders standing out for their friendliness and energy. However, if you're expecting premium food and beverages, you may be disappointed. Protein options at the buffet are limited, and the overall food quality is average. The best meals are offered at the restaurants that require reservations--those nights were genuinely satisfying. I would suggest the hotel consistently offer more traditional Mexican options like tacos, guacamole, and tortas. Adding these would elevate the dining experience significantly. Lastly, a small investment in the property's appearance would go a long way. Overall, All Ritmo is a good deal for the price, but I wouldn't recommend it to anyone seeking a true 5-star experience.

I used cash. They also tent out wetsuits so you won't burn from the sun. Also $15 USD. They made ceviche out of fresh snapper they caught the night before. It was delicious! Would definitely recommend. Thank you!

If you live your life like me where your motto is "life is either a dating adventure or nothing at…read moreall," then this experience is 110% for you!! We were picked up from our hotel early and on time! We picked up a few others before heading to Isla de Mujeres were our boat awaited. At the dock we were given wet suits, fins, mask and snorkel. We ventured out early to find a group of whale sharks and luckily after 45 minutes our captain had gotten a radio'd that there was a close sighting! When we arrived there must have been two other boats and a family (and maybe some friends) of about 15 whale sharks! It was amazing! When our guide asked who wanted to go first, I enthusiastically volunteered my husband and I to go first (only two people can go at a time with a guide). We jumped in the water and had a whale shark within about 15 feet from us. Although whale sharks are "slow" when thy are eating, they are fast compared to us swimming against the current so be sure to be quick! Luckily I was able to swim side-by-side with a couple of whale sharks for what seemed to be like 3-5 minutes before I was called to come out. Luckily since we were one of the first boats there, we were able to swim with the gentle giants 3 times!! That day the current was really rocky and my husband and a couple of others on our tour got sea sick. Remember that when you are sitting like a duck in the water while others are venturing out with the whale sharks the boat will move and rock so be sure to take motion sickness pills like Dramamine an hour before going out on the water... trust me that you will be happy that you did!! After about 1.5 swimming with the whale sharks (of course after taking turns), we sped back to Isla de Mujeres. We docked at a beach for a ceviche and sand which lunch (ceviche was yummy!). The beach was absolutely beautiful with turquoise, blue crystal clear waters! It was the perfect stop for a recharge and relaxation after chasing whale sharks. This experience is only for the adventurous heart and good swimmers! Have no fear, this whale sharks are gentle when they are near!!
