Breakfast was probably the most incredible experience. They had it all. Something to fit an American's, German's or Japanese person's fancy and then some. Just about anything you could think of, they had it. A well balanced breakfast with plenty of veggie options, made-to-order eggs, sweets, breads and pastries, waffles, cereal, a few different kinds of juice. All this for around 200 pesos. Naturally it was the easiest choice to make and I got breakfast downstairs every day. The gym was very nice, new and clean. There were free weights, weighted pulley equipment, stationary bikes and treadmills just to name a bit of what they had. There's an incredible breezy courtyard with a picturesque and inviting pool. All staff were friendly and the front desk graciously spoke plenty of English for me to get around comfortably without having to try out my Spanish. The room was clean and incredibly comfortable. It was at the level of any business travel grade hotel in the US. Cleaning staff made up the room nicely every day. There's a safe in the room though I never felt need to use it and never had anything go missing. The shower was great, although there was a bit of a standing water issue while using it. This was either cleaned and dried by staff everyday or did so simply due to the dryer environment. Lastly, there is a "Game On" sports bar attached to the hotel as an alternative place to eat and grab a few drinks with the coworkers at the end of the day. I would definitely recommend this hotel to any business traveler coming to Irapuato.

Well, depending on your budget this hotel could be a viable option in Irapuato. I think we paid…read more$35 per night (corporate booked it for an expo). It was clean... but overall not very nice. I spent three nights there and didn't have hot water any of the days. The breakfast was included but pretty bad. It appears that half the hotel is continually booked by police, which I suppose is good if you are concerned about security. If there is another option available, I would recommend one of the chains like the Holiday Inn.
