Service was excellent and I would recommend! The technician promptly examined my battery and tested it. He explained the results and recommended a mid-line battery for my 1999 VW instead of trying to pitch a more expensive battery. He expertly installed the battery, accepted the old battery and tested the battery and charging system afterwards. I even received an email with test receipts and the written warranty documents. read more
