This park offers so many nice amenities and is only getting better with the new management. Since we've been here, we've seen many things improved, updated, and made safer, more attractive, and much more fun! Management and staff go out of their way to be helpful to both year-round residents and Winter Texans, offering above and beyond their regular duties. The people of the park are so friendly and supportive, and almost everyone participates in some way to keep the atmosphere positive and entertaining. So much to do, yet restful and relaxing. This will be year 4 for us, and we can't wait to get back for our winter getaway with the best people and entertainment ever! read more

Love this 55 plus gated community. Amenities are great! Have a pool, two hot tubs, shuffleboard, horseshoe pits, exercise room, billiards room, library, craft room, sewing and quilting room, kitchen, Wi-Fi in the Hall. Lots of games and puzzling too. Church services on Sunday. We have one of the friendliest parks too!! Lots of entertainment, dances, and jams. Plenty of things to keep you busy. read more
