The teachers keep us updated daily, and it's clear how much thought and love goes into everything they do. It's a nurturing, joyful place that feels like family. We're so grateful to have found it!

They have excellent teachers and staff, who all know him and care for him. I trust them wholeheartedly in caring for my son, and I know they have his best interest in mind. The entire teaching annd staff team are knowledgeable about appropriate development and work with my child to help him reach milestones. Being in this environment has allowed my child to become very social and try new things. In addition, financially, Kids Depot is wonderful to work with for military families using MCCYN. We also find the location of Kids Depot to be incredibly convenient. We have another little one on the way and are excited that she'll get to attend Kids Depot with her older brother when I return to work.

I cannot recommend this daycare based on my family's experience…read more From the time my children were enrolled, I had ongoing issues with billing. I was quoted one monthly tuition amount during enrollment, but after my children started attending, I was charged significantly more than what had been discussed. In addition, I experienced repeated billing errors, and I often had to reach out to have charges corrected. It was frustrating to constantly question whether my bill was accurate. We did love Ms. Isis and Ms. Kelly they were so nice and compassionate with the kids. My biggest concern, however, was the daycare's handling of staff conduct. I learned that there were concerns about a teacher being rough with children, and I was disappointed by how the situation was handled. As a parent, I expect any concerns involving children's safety and well-being to be addressed promptly and communicated appropriately. Because of the ongoing billing problems and my concerns about how serious issues were managed, I made the decision to disenroll my children. I hope the daycare improves its billing practices, communication, and accountability so other families have a better experience.

We had our first teacher/parent conference and my son is above average. Honestly, if it wasn't for Little Tree House preparing him for his new school and teaching the basic skill set such as writing his name, sounds of letters, numbers (English/spanish) he would not be at the level he is at. I highly recommend this school and encourage your child to experience the one on one interaction that most kids need.

She takes the time with each child to provide them a safe space to grow and learn at their own pace. Our experience with Ms. Carole has been nothing short of amazing. Our daughter actually runs into her arms on a daily basis and is always extremely happy to see her. This daycare has far exceeded my expectations and I'm so happy my child will be taught by a loving, caring, and generous person. My husband and I are extremely confident we've chosen the best possible person to care for our daughter, so much so we will not be moving out of the area any time soon! I did a lot of research, read many reviews, interviewed daycare staff, and toured several places before choosing this one. I truly believe it was the best decision for both him and me. The staff was always professional, and I never had any issues or complaints. I noticed growth in his vocabulary and life skills, and he became more independent. The level of care they provided was unmatched. I was also really happy with the healthy food options, which fit well with the strict diet we keep at home. She got to practice her Spanish, but the termination of the contract deeply affected my job and school. Edit: My daughter is at a new daycare where we've yet to have problems. They manage her allergies well and have no issues with me. The owner of this previous daycare claimed "my bad manners" and an "incident" led to early termination. Well, I was going through immunotherapy that year and was exhausted. My daughter also has health problems and during the time of the incident I was on the phone with my daughter's allergist to create an asthma plan for her new school. This daycare provided good care and my child loved it, but because of how the early termination affected my schooling, work and overall life, I would not recommend it.

Just a few things she definitely didn't learn from us: -"agua," "buh bye," "night night" -"all done" with sign language too -the sign for "milk" She also gets so much exercise and outdoor time on the play area and has learned how to climb up and push herself down the slide. We love that the app keeps us updated with photos and other events throughout the day (all food, diapers, naps). The staff also keep us updated if there are any sicknesses going around or if the group is going through anything challenging (like the biting phase!) and what they are doing to address it. Now that our baby is eating solids we love the convenience of all of her meals and milk being provided (included in the cost!). The meals are well-rounded and it's so cute that they all eat together at a table! I think it encourages my baby to eat more when she sees her friends doing so. We also love that they keep the cohort together and how the teachers move along with the kids from room to room as they grow. I am not sure if this will continue into preschool, but just having Miss Mariela from the infant to toddler phase has been a true blessing for us. I can't tell you how many times I have showed my mom friends the app or told them about the things AOP offers and they say "wow my daycare doesn't do all that!" It takes a village to raise kids these days. The first part is finding that village, and the second is finding one to love your baby like family. We have found that in AOP. I've moved out of state for a year, came back, called Denise to take my babies back as soon as there was an opening because there's truly nothing like it & she always welcomed them back.
