I swore that I wouldn't order from here any more due to something always missing in my orders. One time a slice of pizza was missing, the next, the dressing for the salad. I continued to order because the food is definitely good. The last time I ordered, my fries were missing- I called and the manager said he would put a credit on my account. I called today to place an order and told the girl I had a credit or something, none was there for me. She was kind enough to honor it anyways. I told her how I am always missing something, and she apologized although it wasn't her fault. I proceeded to order chicken parm and a salad. I get my order pretty quickly. Guess what- the chicken is missing. I couldn't believe it. I called, the staff called the manager, as he wasn't in the store, and his response, give her a $3 credit. Even after the girl explained that I just had a problem the last time. She tried, was very apologetic and very sweet. The manager should be ashamed that it was his response to offer nothing, then just a $3 credit. The main component of my meal was missing! It's embarrassing really. read more
