Honestly one of the nicest places in Baja. I have used Casa Caravan a number of times over the last four years they have been open. Located on the main road to Cerritos beach, it's easy to get down to ocean in five minutes and walking distance to coffee, restaurants and Pescadero proper. Casa Caravan is set up as an upscale RV park, but I have seen everything from tents, hammocks, 40' trailers and multitude of Sprinter Vas etc. Each site has complete hookups for water, 30A power and septic. The property is set up in a circle with a main elevated community section in the middle. Everyone is extremely friendly and the "courtyard" provides a community environment with a great plunge pool, communal kitchen, (sink, stove and fridge) and awesome bathrooms with walk in showers. There is an elevated, covered observation deck with cafe chairs and tables that make it a great place to work and overlook the valley, or check surf. I use my own wifi, but hopped on the CC Guest wifi and speeds were on par with my Starlink. There are some temp/permanent residents using the space while building homes, working or just taking a sabbatical from somewhere else... Everyone was extremely friendly and offered food, advice, and help without asking. Animals are welcome, as long as they play nice. The spaces can be close together, but it doesn't seem to bother anyone and lends to the tribal energy of the space. Also an bonus for safety as everyone looks out for each other. New owners have taken over the property and meeting Hazel, John and Matty, they were excited to share the extended plans of the property which sound amazing. If you're looking for an overnight or extended stay, Casa Caravan continues to be a pretty great beacon for weary travelers. Salud read more
