If you are looking for specialty health food items or raw food items like agave syrup, cashew…read morebutter, sunflower butter, garbanzo flour, gluten free flours, specialty oils--this place is great. For dry goods, it's great. Japanese staples? Got it, except for the smoked tuna flakes, which is kind of critical.
They also have a pretty good selection of natural beauty and body products like shampoo, deoderant, skincare, and a small bit of makeup--household cleaners as well.
In general for rare, hard to find dry goods I like it, but it's very expensive (28 euros for 750ml of maple syrup; 13 euros for a tiny jar of cashew butter, etc), and the produce is pretty hit or miss. Almost everything in the refrigerated section looked tired and old. For produce/vegetables/fruit I prefer Casa Ametller, and there is one not too terribly far away.
