Paramount's hidden gem! I hadn't been here in years and was craving a chile verde burrito so my mom and I decided to stop by late night. My mom is super picky with eating out and Mexican food in general being as she doesn't like Mexican restaurants because most of the time we have it at home. She wasn't very hungry so she just ordered a single enchilada plate...she cleaned her plate. I was surprised, she never does that. She said everything had good flavor even if it was from a can lol (she knows when enchilada sauce is canned). She said the beans and rice had good flavor as well. My chile verde burrito hit the spot, the salsa was spicy but not overbearing. Everything was nice and hot. Our waiter was super friendly and even checked up on us a fee times. Idk who was on aux but do your thing!! They were playing La Oreja de Van Gogh, Julieta Venegas, Mana, Sin Bandera, Mon Laferte etc. I've lived in Paramount my whole life and have only been maybe once or twice, but after last nights visit we'll definitely be back more often. Came here to celebrate my mother's 80th birthday and we were not disappointed. We had a group reservation for 29 people and we were seated immediately. Had to wait another 10-15" minutes to get the remaining dish. Told the others in our party to go ahead, did not want the rest of the food to get cold.
