CA told me they were unaware of any changes related to my motorcycle policy. I called the insurance company directly and was told they send CA weekly reports with all the information they need. They offer zero accountability and focus more on winning an argument with their customers than servicing them. Steer clear of them unless you enjoy email battles with their sales manager who will tell you 99.9% of his customers are happy and then invites you to find insurance elsewhere. Mind blown. You'll find better customer service at Burger King.
