The manager was not very open to problem solving. He wanted to give arbitrary reasons why this or that couldn't happen or why it did instead of a simple apology and committing to seeing this as a area of opportunity to improve. Unfortunately this place gets a 2 our of 5 as the other item came in perfect condition. 3 points taken off for being reactive instead of proactive and the oppositional attitude of the guy who answered the phone.
