Went on a Friday night and this place was packed! There was barely any seating inside nor outside. The staff was rushing us due to the amount of customers. Carvel is one of my favorite ice cream shops. I always get the soft serve with chocolate chips topping. Simple but so good!

So grateful that I don't have a single bad thing to say about this place. Upon walking in the worker walked from the back and greeted me very friendly and told me about a couple of the limited time flavors they had. I got to have a sample of the Biscoff ice cream and let me say it was heavenly with the perfect amount of flavoring in it. I decided that I wanted to do something original so I got a vanilla soft serve in a small size with some rainbow sprinkles. The sprinkles were 99 Cents extra but honestly justifiable because there was an insane amount of them on my ice cream for the toppings. The flavor of the ice cream was Heavenly and it was ridiculously creamy. There was a nice amount of sweetness and it didn't melt fast, even when I was sitting outside to enjoy it because there's no seats inside this place. The small ice cream is more than enough and at $5 it is very justifiable especially in this ridiculous Florida heat we have right now. They have multiple sizes that range from a kid's cup to a large and only about a dollar or so in difference for the sizes. For me the small was more than enough and it actually made me full! This location also has many items that you can grab and Go from Frozen booths. They have some really cute pre-made cakes that are ice cream! I didn't get to see how much they were but I can definitely believe they are worth the price! They also have a ridiculous amount of toppings and next time I come back I will definitely try the cookie crunch topping they had to offer! Very clean place with very friendly staff!

www.youtube.com/@TheRagingFork Always goto this location after dinner in the plaza. Easy in and out from STRD84. During after dinner time the line is long but goes quick. The ice cream servers are friendly but usually dont have time to chat since busy...People usually hang out in front while their ice cream cones melt - i suggest an ice cream bowl or edible or non-edible circular cone wraps that catch the dripping ice cream. Would recommend this location...

Cakes are always so fresh and delicious way better option than going to the grocery store & getting an ice cream cake. Service is always with a smile and store is classic ice cream shop set up! Never a problem when I go this carvel, ambiance is great!

Stopped in for a couple of soft serve cones. They run lots of specials so check their website for the latest 2 for 1 offers. Even the small cone was huge. The service was fast and friendly. A few tables and chairs are outside for you convenience. Grab plenty of napkins because soft serve ice cream melts fast. I like that they have a special cone cover to catch the drips.

This Carvel was like a blast from the past! We had a neighborhood Carvel growing up and I used to go there often for frozen treats with my family. I remember the nonstop commercials during the 70s and 80s. My husband recently saw a few of the commercials for the Fudgie the Whale cake and he kept telling me how he wanted one, so I when I received some Carvel coupons in the mail I decided to order one for Father's Day. When I arrived at the store on Sunday afternoon I had a few minutes to look around. I was happy to see that they had at least 20 flavors of hard ice cream, plus soft ice cream and lots and lots of toppings. They also had several freezer cases full of frozen ice cream cakes, single serve frozen treats, plus a whole case of Flying Saucers. (These are like traditional ice cream sandwiches made in a circle. In addition to the chocolate and vanilla ones they had many other flavors like Oreo, coffee, and mint chip.). My cake was ready as promised. The only problem was that the box did not fit in my freezer, so when I stored it vertically the writing got a little messed up.The taste was still fabulous, just as everyone remembered. There was a layer of vanilla ice cream and a layer of chocolate ice cream and there was a chocolate crunchy topping in the center. (They sent me home with an entire container of additional chocolate crunchy topping.). The cake also had a thick layer of chocolate fudge on top. It was definitely the best part of our Father's Day meal. Now that I know we have a Carvel so close by I will have to stop by again and pick up some of those Flying Saucers! They also had another great promotion that I remembered from my college days....."Wednesday is Sundae at Carvel". This a BOGO ice cream sundae event every Wednesday that is awesome!

2-23-22 12:30pm In the mood for great ice cream so I sought out the closest Carvel. Very happy as well as surprised that 45+ years later they still have two for one sundaes on Wednesday's. I loved it as a kid and loving it more now. So I head on over to this shopping center not one I ever went to in the past. It is one exit from where I work off of 595. Upon entering the store it is immaculate and new a first for me. To say it was so clean you could eat off the floors is an understatement. I had the medium sized soft chocolate ice cream with strawberry topping for my sundae this included whipped cream and a cherry on top. The associate put in a bigger cup to accommodate the strawberry sauce. I never enjoyed it as much. I sat outside in the table and chairs provided. It was just a slice of heaven. Definitely will be back again really soon.

I love this place!!! Next to Jaxson's it's definitely my favorite place to go get icecream. Other then awsome cakes and flying sauces they have one thing Jaxson's doesn't have. SOFT SERVE ICECREAM!! My favorite thing is a cone with vanilla icecream and colored sprinkles. I never say no whenever anyone say they want to go. It makes me fell like a kid again.

Free samples are a dangerous thing. One minute you're "just looking," and the next thing you know…read moreyou're standing at the counter ordering ice cream like it was your idea all along. That's exactly how The Baked Bear got me. Hook, line, and sinker. If you've never been, the concept is simple and brilliant. High-quality ingredients and a build-your-own dessert approach. Cookies, brownies, cones, ice cream, toppings. You mix, match, and create something that feels a little more custom than your average scoop shop. And the ingredients really do deliver. The cones are nicely crisp, and if you've never had one of their ice cream sandwiches, start there. They'll build it with warm cookies on the outside and freezing cold ice cream on the inside, which might be the most satisfying hot-meets-cold dessert combination ever created. Warm cookie. Frozen ice cream. Zero regrets. For my order, I went with the berry crumble and strawberry cheesecake on a waffle cone. The waffle cone had a great crisp to it, and the flavors were light and refreshing. You got a nice hint of berry without it being overpowering. If anything, I would have welcomed a little more berry punch, but it was still very enjoyable. We also tried the campfire s'mores, which absolutely popped with bold flavor, and the cookie dough, which was fine but a little more average compared to the others. The one area where things felt slightly limited was the flavor selection. They offered around a dozen choices, but many leaned heavy into chocolate territory. If you're a chocolate lover, you'll feel like you hit the lottery. If you're looking for a wider range of lighter or fruit-forward options, the variety could be better. Still, the concept is great and the ingredients are excellent. Tip: do not accept the free sample unless you're emotionally prepared to buy ice cream immediately afterward. Four stars. Great concept, excellent flavors, just a little light on variety. Definitely worth the trip even if the sweet tooth hasn't kicked in yet.... Oh, and it's okay sometimes to have dessert for dinner... and this would be the place for that!

Except for the Panther loss the customers seem to be happy. Plenty of ice cream flavors to choose from, in addition to fantastic sweet candy toppings. We chose our ice cream flavor of chocolate with Reese's Peanut Butter Cup and a few other flavors. We watched our ice cream maker go to work on the ice cold slab - part of the experience at Cold Stone. The masterpiece was complete and paid $6.45 for a small size. Back in the day, that was the price of the "Gotta Have It" LOL... those days are long gone... We sat inside and started chatting while eating our delish cold treat, BUT, the five employee girls were having a way better time, literally screaming behind the counter, overpowering our voices, for a full ten minutes - they were having a blast, so the great experience became an annoyance and we left early aggravated, which could have been avoided. No way a manager was on staff, I sure hope not for the owner's sake. The bathroom was very clean and the ice cream was tasty. Not sure if I would come back to this location. Would have given a strong 4 star rating but due to the blatant disrespect for customers, sadly I simply cannot. I am a loose rater but unfortunately only 2.6 stars here at this point.
