Unfortunate circumstances found me at Carvana's doorstep because I needed to get a car ASAP. I found a car rather quickly, and had it delivered to my house. The car has a push-button start and I noticed almost right away that it wasn't firing every time. I took it to one of the "in-network" shops listed on their site, which was Monro and they accessed the vehicle and said they didn't have the capacity to do the repair (the starter) and suggested going to a Honda dealer. There is one right across the way (Wilde) and they did my starter and also my front brakes and rotors (after their inspection) and Carvana covered the costs incurred. I had to pay a small deducible fee, but in comparison to what the bill would have been it was nothing. The people who dropped off the car were really awesome. The one guy was training someone and even she seemed like she was enjoying herself in job. This type of thing might not be for those who prefer/insist upon face-to-face interactions with people. I'm pretty sure the insurance Carvana uses chatbots to interact with their customers, but for what I was engaging with them about it worked seamlessly. This is more than likely the future of used-car sales, so in that regard, Carvana is doing a good job. Yes, I would do it all again.

Process was simple. My only issue was they cancelled on me twice. First time they cancelled was during their appointment window at the very end of their 3 hour window... wasted my whole night. They auto scheduled for the next day and then cancelled again. I couldnt do the next auto reschedule as I had to work so I had to push it another day. They did show up and did take the car. That process was very smooth and easy. They shouldnt have charged me to pick up my car after wasting two days of my time.

I could not be happier. The whole process was easy . I will definitely buy from Carvana whenever I decide I need a new car.

My sales coordinator was Rose, she was a joy to work with, as were Tim & Tim, the 2 gentlemen who assisted with the financing. All 3 of them are very personable, customer oriented & know their stuff. All my questions were answered to my satisfaction, everything was thoroughly explained. The monthly payment was a little more than I wanted to pay, but for what I got, it's well worth it. I loved the fact that I didn't need to haggle to get a great price, the price you see on the website is the price that you pay, but keep in mind that's before all taxes, fees, & any extras that you want are added on. For the test drive, I took the car to my mechanic, who checked the car out thoroughly, the car passed with flying colors, with a couple of minor issues that were addressed before I drove off the lot. I can honestly say that in all my years of buying cars, this was the easiest, most pleasant car buying experience that I've ever had. I highly recommend Hertz Schaumburg.

However as we were told by our sales rep they only have 1 guy who does the finances. This causes a huge backup if there is literally anyone else there trying to buy a car. We were there from 9:30am to 2:30pm. While buying a car is a process, it's not a 5 hour process. Esp since there is no haggling involved and we had the car we wanted picked out. By the time we were able to sign our contract we were already in a huge hurry So we had to rush the most important part of the whole thing. We carved out 3 hours, were fine with 4, then started to get annoyed and anxious at 5 We also noticed an interior light wasn't working during our test drive. The sales rep mentioned they would have someone swap it out but by the time we left it was still out. Either they forgot, or somehow in 5 hours had no time to swap out an interior lightbulb. They did end up changing it a few days later though We would defiantly go back and recommend to friends. Just make sure to bring lunch haha

Purchased the car and on the way home as it warmed up and I exceeded 40, the transmission begins to bog down. Badly. Serious enough that I had to change to manumatic shifting to get home. The car was clearly, badly, defective. If it was inspected by kia techs and set out for sale, then it was a honeypot, a car set out to deliberately fail, to entice a customer into a new car with the old, "nothing we can do" attitude. The paper they showed my about the Soul being inspected suddenly meant nothing. I WAS FORCED INTO BUYING A NEW CAR FROM THEM. My options were paying thousands to replace a transmission on a car with massive miles or get into another overpriced, possibly knowingly defective, used car. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS DEALERSHIP.

After waiting longer than they promised, they tried to sell me new tires even though I only have 40k miles (bought vehicle brand new from them in 2023). I'm pretty sure I'll get at least another 15k in them. About 10 minutes later, they came back and told me one of tires has nail in it and can be fixed...for $63. Mind you, psi was 35 (mfg recommended) as I drove to several spots this morning. Coincidence? Possible; however, timing sure is alerting. No way in hell I'll consider them once I need all new tires. Plus, they charge for tire rotations. Tire store chains do it for free. These situations, along with cost, are why people find local mechanics once the original warranty is expired.

I explicitly asked them about a crack in the window on the car and if it would be fixed prior to my purchase and they said yes. I took my car in today and all they did was seal the crack so it wouldn't spread. This is what they offer as CPO. By not being honest upfront that it wouldn't be "fixed" but sealed so it wouldn't spread, they took my autonomy away as a consumer to make an informed decision. It's the absolute worst feeling ever to spend your hard earned money and be told by the manager that is too expensive to completely replace. And I drove over an hour to get to this dealership where I felt treated like a dollar sign opposed to a person and a valued costumer. I paid over the Kelly Blue Book value for the used Nissan Sentra 2022, and they wouldn't negotiate on fees. Worst car buying experience to date.

"Yes,of course. Your folder will be put to the side when they arrive" I was told. 3/19 Mazda notified me the car was in route to the dealership. I text messaged Angel to remind him (or her) not to drill the holes for the front plate. Angel said the car was scheduled to arrive 3/26. Angel sent me a message on Thursday 3/26 "Your CX-50 has landed!" I reminded Angel once again not to drill holes for the front plate. Angel responded "we made sure yours was specifically attended. No holes on the bumper...we will take care of her" Friday 3/27 I told Angel I would be in Saturday morning to pick up the car. I arrived on Saturday 3/28 to pick up the car ..Texted Angel with my ETA..."Drive safe" was the reply. When I arrived, Angel is nowhere to be found, and I have a lackey trying to help me out...sure enough, when he finds the car, the front bumper had the holes drilled for the front plate and he blamed the service department. I told the lacky I was going to walk and wanted my deposit refunded. He said Angel is working on it....Angel never appeared or showed his/her face. Still waiting for my deposit to be credited back to me...After reading the reviews here I think I dodged a bullet with these clowns!

Here were the top annoyances: Air Conditioning - Broke completely in the middle of our July trip, the mechanic said it was quite old and missing some screws. It wasn't possible to fix on the road, so we had no AC for 4 days. Sensors - Many of the key sensors were inaccurate. Ex: black tank level, water level. This proved very challenging for first time RVers like us, who didn't have a feel for how often to empty or refill tanks. Door - The screen door was missing a piece of plastic, which created a hole for bugs to come in and the door itself required a VERY hard closure to latch. My kids could rarely do it themselves. Awning - Not functional; directions in troubleshooting book didn't match type of awning on our RV. Generator - Shut off inexplicably a few times. Mattress - VERY old and worn. Electrical panel - Literally kept closed with duct tape and wouldn't stay closed. Easy to accidentally turn things off. Privacy curtain - Held back with duct tape. Easily knocked open.
