When I say I never been late never until jus recent making it 4x within 4 months due to traffic and only by 2 minutes. The late policy went from being $1 a min to $25 a min. Yup you heard rite $25 dollars a min. The owner Jasmin is unprofessional, disrespectful, rude, nasty, heartless, and think she can talk to you any kind of way and won't allow you to get a word in. She do not want you to talk bck to her or express your opinion or feelings it's her way and her way only. The daycare suppose to be open from 6:30am to 6:00pm and instead they open from 7:00am to 5:00pm. She will close daycare a hour before your drop off with no explanation and still want you to pay full price..she's money hungry and can careless about other pple needs..she don't follow her own rules and treat each parent different. Keisha on the other hand is the worst teacher ever. She teaches the 3 yr olds and is horrible to those kids..she be Pullin on them, gripping them up, mushing the kids in their face and talk to them mad crazy..please do not send you kids to this daycare nor work there. She play under minimum wage and treat her employees like shit. Jasmin thought by her terminating my daughter services was goin to mean sum thing but she starts a new schools tmrw and this happens today..

The entire facility is spotless and so well cared for, which gives us such peace of mind every day. One of the things that truly sets Lightbridge apart is how every teacher, not just the ones in our child's classroom, knows each student by name and takes the time to connect with them. It feels like one big family, and that level of care makes such a difference. A special shout-out to the Orange Giraffes room -- Ms. Alison, Ms. Dana, and Ms. Gina are absolutely wonderful! Their kindness, patience, and dedication shine through in everything they do. They've created such a loving, fun, and safe environment where the kids thrive. We are so grateful for the entire Lightbridge team and would highly recommend this school to any family looking for a nurturing, clean, and supportive daycare.

This facility does not have your child's safety in mind and administration takes zero…read moreaccountability! My child was bit a total of five times in one week (4 times in one day with a deep bite breaking skin and required 3+ weeks to heal and another bite 2 days later). The meeting with the owner included victim blaming and he was accusatory, and condescending. He recommended that OUR child move down a class with a smaller ratio since she hasn't met walking milestones even though cognitively she belonged in that class. He then said that "maybe she isn't ready for a group daycare setting" when she was the one that was bitten (see another Yelp reviewer who experienced the same). And finally, he said that maybe we should look at a nanny service since we were "looking to control the situation". We placed our daughter in this daycare to obtain social skills and be with peers. We care about our child's safety and advocated that something be done. Their response was that they meet state mandated ratios and that no further actions will be done. He then has the audacity to ask if we have degrees in child behavior or development and that this is normal child behavior. This is absolutely condescending to any parent's legitimate, justified feelings and concern for their child's wellbeing. We are empathetic to children learning and growing and that these things do happen, but it was the severity and frequency of these biting occurrences that worried us. He continued to gaslight us that we were overreacting and that this is normal child behavior. They were "implementing a behavior plan" but could not provide us any substantial, tangible plan that our daughter would not come back with another bite. In fact, he said it's bound to happen again. Very reassuring. If you value your child's safety and want a daycare that takes accountability, responsibility, and makes you feel welcome, you will not find it here.

From the tour, to the intake sessions, enrollment, and finally our child's first day, we felt supported and prepared every step of the way. As first-time parents, we honestly appreciated how thorough she was with explaining everything and making sure we knew what to expect. Ms. Reaves was completely transparent about her approach to childcare, and we never felt uncomfortable asking questions or needing a little extra reassurance. Even when we wanted pictures throughout the day, she was understanding, which meant so much to us as new parents. What really stood out to us was the feeling we had when leaving our child in her care. It genuinely felt like we were dropping our little one off with an extended family member someone loving, trustworthy, safe, and truly invested in our child. That kind of peace of mind is something you really cannot put a price on. I can genuinely see the daycare experience Ms. Reaves is creating becoming a household name that families throughout Camden County will come to know, appreciate, and trust with their children. There is something really special about the environment and care she is providing, and I hope many more families get the opportunity to experience it. Thank you, Ms. Reaves, for making such an important transition feel so much easier for us. We are truly grateful for you and the care you provide.

From the start, the attentiveness stood out. My 3-year-old son was treated with so much patience and kindness, and it was clear they were paying attention to his needs and personality. I also really appreciated how clean and well-kept the home was. Everything felt organized, sanitary, and comfortable, which gave me immediate peace of mind. What I love most is that it truly feels like a warm, nurturing environment--not just childcare. There's a great balance of structure and play, and my son always came home happy, relaxed, and excited to go back. Communication was also great, which made it easy to trust that my child was in good hands throughout the day. Janet has a great learning curriculum that i was impressed with.
