We left literally because of the rudeness. We would have bought my youngest daughter some clothes but walked out! I just had surgery and needed to sit while my daughter tried on clothes. First off the handicap dressing room was used for storage. Then after the sales lady let us into a room and my daughter started to try on clothes another sales lady yelled and said only one person to a room. I told her I needed to sit as I just had surgery. She said I could sit on a table that was at the back of the store and again said only one person to a room. This place was NOT busy and no one else was in the store shopping. I told my Daughter we would leave since they were rude and not accommodating... apparently they did not want our business. Go across to Levi's! They have seating in the store AND are kind as well as accommodating to their customers. Apparently they want a sale!!!

She showed me a number of cruise collection items, searched for hard to find items in the directory, and suggested items I might like based on her assessment of the items in which I'd shown interest. Made for a personalized experience and her intuition is spot on!

I noticed a wide selection of clothing that would be appropriate for the warmer weather as of April 2026. I didn't see any winter items on sale. I found a gem that I purchased because I have another pair of the pants that I love and found another pair in another color. For an outlet I thought it was very, very expensive. Is it really a sale? I am going to list some of the pricing I experienced during my visit to give shoppers an idea: I saw a lemon shirt with one rhinestone for $69.99 with 50% off. I saw another pair of pants for $105.00 and to take 60% off that. Jewelry was about $54.00 a piece and if you bought one you would get one for 50% off. The store has a terrible smell. It's not chicos fault. Just wanted to share my personal experience. The entire shopping center smells terribly. Not sure what they are going to do to rectify this. I suppose it's from the river underneath the shops.

I get the vibe that everybody there knows a thing or two about shoes, but Marissa is an expert!! And you can tell she genuinely cares about this stuff. I first ventured to this place at the recommendation of a coworker for nonslip work shoes. being 6'4 shopping for any type of clothing is always dreadful. nothing ever fits. and most places don't sell above a size 13. Turns out i'm a 15.5 Marissa pulled out all the stops, took an imprint of my stride to find the right insert for me. i was a little apprehensive because i've dealt with chronic pain for years. been to an orthotic specialist to get custom made inserts that did nothing but make the pain worse. But i trusted the process. she found me a shoe that fit all the specifications that my job required. i noticed the difference on the first shift. on my feet 8 hours and absolutely no pain, it was like magic. nearly 10 years of pain almost completely gone just like that. 6 months later i came back because i felt i was finally ready to start running again and wanted to find a shoe i could trust based on my specific issues. and who's the first person to greet me when i walk in? that's right, Marissa! we weighed all the different options and what might be beneficial in different ways. she even showed me the proper method to tie a shoe to keep the heel from slipping. my first run i knocked out 4 miles and i've done a few more since then. still pain free. the last time i tried to run a half mile i was limping for 2 months so this is huge. and that's why i say life changing. i feel more confident on my feet and ready to start pushing myself to new limits athletically. overall the customer service stuck out, and i did pay a pretty penny for what i got but you really can't put a price on comfort and security.
