Carter st headstart is the worst! The school smells like mold im surprised the kids arent sick from there. And someone had head lice and for privacy concerns they dont send letters out to other parents to keep an eye out on there kids. My son has never been to a school before and we just moved here and we decided to enter him into a headstart school. He ended up getting head lice as all the kids are by eachother in the mornings they play or get close to eachother. They should send something home! Privacy matters did not matter to my son as the teacher called him over to check his head infront all the parents and kids. read more
