I went there with a family member who was getting a service on her Mitsubishi and there were several things we learnt. Firstly, the service itself was reasonably expensive (for a student!) at around $800, however this did include two parts that had to be ordered in and fitted in the car. Also, because it was a Mitsubishi, you are buying parts and fittings that are intended for your kind of vehicle which should mean they work better and should last longer until you need another one. There was very little waiting period in getting a service time and they were reasonably quick about it with same-day service, even when there had to be new parts fitted. They also called to keep us informed what was happening with the car and asked our permission before installing the new parts. Perhaps weren't as female friendly as some other car businesses we have been to.

I dropped my car off on the way to work, pre-coffee and therefore pre-lovely, but I must say despite the incredibly early hour the people were professional and kind. I got a call at work a few hours later telling me that my wheels were a little worn and would i want a wheel alignment that would cost an extra $77. I said yes and was impressed that they not only called to ask (my poor historic cars have been places where they don't ask and you pick up your car with an incredible bill attached) but that they told me how much more it would cost. I had arranged to pick her up at 3.30pm but as always life got in the way of my plans and I called to ask if I could pick her up later. The man I spoke to was very obliging and informed me that they're open until 6pm (fab!!) When i finally picked her up, a member of staff took me through everything they did and then took me out to the car to show me signs to look out for on my wheels to know when they need to be replaced. Overall it was a very female friendly, efficient and thorough place to take a car for its yearly service. I couldn't commend the staff more and will definitely be back.

Dealership given opportunity to repair damage however dealership tried to cover up damage rather than do job right. Sales rep was was helpful throughout but let down by approach and attitude of the sales manager. New Mitsubishi Outlander purchase did not have full discloser on new car being sold as demonstrator. At the time the contract for šale was due to be issued the sales manager (with poor and unprofessional attitude) confirmed that the car will be sold as a demonstrator (5 km on odometer) and warranty has begun 31.08.18 (5 weeks ago) but not registered, 'take it or leave it' approach. On four previous occassions new cars have either been referred or purchased directly with no referral program extended... again 'buyer beware'

They use local charities to donate the good stuff, and recycle the stuff that is left over. They provide same-day service, AND you can book online or call the free number to book a job. While looking for a replacement tiny car, I first emailed around for information ... some…read moredealerships were excellent, and some didn't respond at all - fortunately Wayne Phillis were in the former category ;) I actually discounted a car due to lack of reply to various messages I sent (hear that, Southern Volkswagon???) So, after receiving some info via email, I ventured down here to test drive the Ford Fiesta. The salesman David (who originally emailed me) was excellent - the right balance between imparting information without being pushy. In the end, the car spoke for itself and I decided that the Fiesta was the way to go, but I was impressed by the way David 'sold' the car, highlighting the features without doing the 'hard sell'. Delivery was very easy, everything was ready when they estimated it would be, and David answered all my questions whenever I had any. Would definitely recommend this dealership :)

Tyrepower offer excellent prices on new tyres. They also service your brakes, which is how I ended up here. It looks like I'll be back soon as well as my tyres are running a bit low on tread. Anyway, the service was great. They went over the car and pointed out a few things when I came to pick it up. You could accuse them of trying to upsell by doing this, but they made sure I could see for myself the problems they were identifying. Most of them they couldn't fix anyway as they mainly deal in tyres. I had a little difficulty booking my car in, maybe it was a busy time of year, I'm not sure. Either way, it's a sign that people know quality. Really, that's the only problem I can think of.

I was even given a free carwash for moving my new car to them! they even took off my old dealers key ring off my keys and put one of theres on incase my keys were lost it might be returned there. its the little things that add up and these guys have the right attitude when it comes to customer service. thank you mawson lakes mazda for breaking up the mazda monopoly in the northern suburbs.

They started out as a great reasonably priced mechanic offering most normal automotive services. Now they have moved and are in bigger premises with D & C they are even better. Heaps more equipment and machinery to do a lot more jobs and offer a lot more services than before.
