Peppers pizza, hot chicken pizza, specialty custom pizza
Heidi T.

What a gem! My husband and I stayed at the Ramble and this was right across the street and we are so happy to have stumbled on this spot! The Pizza is absolutely decadent! Perfectly cooked, amazing ingredients, fabulous crust....and I really mean that, I don't eat crust but this crust was worth eating and I did! We ordered the hot chicken pizza which was quite a surprise, just a menagerie of flavors that were epically paired to create a unique combo that I've been thinking of ever since!!!!! Spicy chicken, pickles, some sort of magical sauce...yum city! We also ordered the peppers pizza which is basically their version of pepperoni but with fresh garlic and Calabrian chili...it was also terrific! Lastly we ordered a customized pie with lots of meats and some other extras and it was loaded with flavors and it was also a hit. My husband ordered an N/A beer and I had house water which is served freezing cold which I certainly appreciate. Seating is rather limited, the space is however clean and the staff is very kind. We even got a visit from one of the crew shortly after the food came out to check on how we liked everything. Overall, a wonderful and expedient service and the food was absolutely delicious! If I lived closer I would certainly be a regular!

Came here after a drink at Death & Co (across the street) and while Cart-Driver is not near my home, I always wish it was closer. The pizza is simple, good quality ingredients cooked just perfectly. They use the cupping pepperoni and high quality cheeses and toppings. We got a pepperoni and sausage and greens pizza. Both great, and also they do have a good selection of beers and drinks too. You pay a higher price here, especially for a friendly however very casual atmosphere (order at counter, get number for table), but it is definitely worth it.

I e never had pizzas come out so close to being made. So fresh and hot! The ingredients were delicious and high quality. Our favorite was the margarita and will definitely get it again. Loved their outdoor seating on a beautiful spring day!

Was looking for a quick bite ahead of our Death & Co rez, so stopped in here! Super solid - we had the: *Peachza with added prosciutto - this one is a seasonal one. The texture was perfect and I think that's a tough feat when you have stonefruit on a pizza. You have to consider the liquid it adds and how to cut it so you have the right balance. Anyways, Cart Driver knocked it out the park with this one! *Cart Driver (sausage, kale, mozzarella, chili flake) - seeing that it's their namesake pizza..we kinda had to order it! Pleasantly surprised that the kale was nice and crispy and not soggy (win!) The flavors were really good. The wood-fired Neapolitan-style crust was so so good! Also I keep thinking about the hot sauce! Apparently they switch it up and also bottle and sell it. We sat outside on the patio! There is some indoor seating too. Anyways, a solid stop in RiNo! They also have a location in LoHi.

Amazing pizza and great seasonal sauces to add on your pizzas. One of the best pizza crusts in Denver and wonderful tomato sauce.

This an interesting little place. If you're looking for traditional pizzas then this isn't for you. They have unique pies that all sounded good except for the peach one. Because eff peaches. Gross. They use a sour dough crust which was unique and really good. We got the most traditional pizza they had which was more or less a pepperoni. Unwanted the clam pizza but just wasn't in the cards for us. It's quaint. Okay it's pretty small. They do have a seating area outside that was nice and a little patio out front. Good pizza, less than traditional menu, maybe would come back if I was near there.

Daisy Pizza (5/5): Very simple margherita pizza. The sauce was good and there was just the right amount of it. It could've used a little more cheese but it was nicely melted. The crust was almost like a fluffy, chewy naan and I really enjoyed it. (This was also half-price for their late night happy hour deal). Cart Driver Pizza (4/5): The sausage and kale were good toppings, but not having any sauce was a bummer. Clam Pizza (4/4): I always like trying a clam pizza because it's a good change of pace. This one had pancetta too which was great except it overpowered the clams a little though. RATING SYSTEM 5 - Great (Need to get this again) 4 - Good (Would get this again) 3 - Ok (Might give this another shot) 2 - Not Good (Won't get this again) 1 - Bad (Telling people to avoid this)

Yummy pizza! Neapolitan style with good flavors. Food is obviously freshly made and piping hot. It's a great spot for a quick meal. There is a narrow seating area when you walk in but further seating around the corner. I enjoyed pepperoni pizza and garlic bread. It seems to have all the hallmarks of traditional Neapolitan food. We also ordered oysters funny enough, they tasted fresh, no complaints.

Peppers
Sammy T.

Ordered the Peppers, Daisy, and the Cart Driver pizzas and wow, they came out looking almost too pretty to eat. Three pizzas were the perfect amount to feed our group of four. The pizzas are thin and crispy that makes every bite feel light but satisfying. Service was super friendly--our server had such a happy vibe, which made the meal even better. We sat inside, but the patio looked like a great option too if you want fresh air. Street parking was easy to find on a Monday night. Favorite pick? The Daisy. Simple but so, so good!! I love cheese!

Clam pizza
Anthony C.

I came here on a Friday to eat dinner solo. I ordered the clam pizza, the chopped salad and an na beer. The total for my dinner with tip was sixty bucks. For what it was, I thought this price was high. The wood fired pizza and salad were crafted fantastically and everything tasted wonderful. I just think that 60 bucks for a small 12" 6 slice pie and a salad is just too much in my opinion. Service was fast, efficient and friendly.

Honestly I was going to just let it go but I'm always so conflicted with places like this. The food was so delicious, amazing pizza, great crust, fresh oysters. It also had a good amount of seating and placed where you didn't need to be around a lot of people regardless of how busy. The only negative is the staff. I felt so uncomfortable in there I wanted to leave immediately. The food is definitely worth stopping for but I just couldn't let go of the hostile atmosphere. Maybe take to go lol

Caroline M.

The pizza was delicious. You order at the counter and it's brought to you. Plenty of seating both in and out. Service was great.

Okay Cart- Driver! You fulfilled my late night pizza expectations and then some. This place is awesome. Let's talk about it. First, GOOD late night food. I come from a place where late night options are rendered through a drive thru (no shade, I love Taco Bell) but sometimes you want something that is made with the freshest local tasting ingredients and sit down service. Second, the spot itself it's really cool. It kinda felt like a maze with the different rooms and patio, I saw all of them on my way to the bathroom. The patio was pretty vibey and cutely lit. I liked it. Third, the food. This was probably some of the best food I've had in awhile. I loved the cheese and the crust, so warm and soft and fresh right out of the oven. I was simple and went with cheese and it hit the spot 100%. Fourth, they have a spritz menu. Anyone that knows me I love an aperol spritz. I would have preferred it to be in a large wine glass/ goblet... however, that presentation wouldn't fit in a spot like this. The smaller glass just made sense with the over all feel of the place. I highly recommend Cart- Driver. Check it out!

I feel fortunate because read other reviews here that said it took 2 months to secure a Monday reservation. I recently decided that I am not going to live a gluten free lifestyle even if my 4th cousin from 23andme suggested that everyone on earth is gluten intolerant and there is a global conspiracy to poison us all with gluten ataxia. Starting with the bread, we were already impressed. The texture was perfect, crunchy on the outside and soft in the inside. There was another review that said it's not that great. Not sure what that persons problem is. I didn't know what to order so got the pasta rustica, a little marinara some ricotta. I understand from the other reviews that this is American Italian food but worked for me. My partner enjoyed the steak/Gorgonzola pasta. That was tasty too, I had the leftovers the next day! After that bread was brought over so we could dip into the already placed olive oil and vinegar that was on the table prior to sitting. We started with the calamari with was tasty but noticed the breading kept falling off the rings. I kept having to scoop the fallen breading out of the dipping sauce. For entrees, I got the mussels and linguine and my husband got the chicken piccata. Every mussel in my dish had meat in it which was nice but I felt like the overall dish was missing something as it was quite acidic tasting.. maybe some cream? The chicken piccata was pretty good, with mushrooms, artichokes, carrots, broccolini, and capers. My husband doesn't really like mushrooms or artichokes so I had a few bites of those and they were tasty. He said the dish reminded him of "old world piccata" and not the modern dish he was expecting of just chicken, capers, and pasta. But he said he did enjoy it. Service was slow and we did hear the next table have some complaints and their bill was comped. We did wait a bit between each course and for the server to appear for the bill. Overall, Odyssey restaurant was ok. The vibe is very cool as it is a converted home.

We started with the burrata based on Yelp reviews and they weren't wrong. Super fresh tasting, and the focaccia paired with it perfectly. It's an upcharge but worth it, and you aren't at a place like this to pinch pennies anyways. We both chose the rigatoni, we had a heavy lunch, and it was perfect. The sauce was deep and hearty and the pasta was exactly al dente. We split a strawberry guacamole sorbet and glad we did, it was larger than expected and absolutely delicious. Place has the feel of a modern restaurant, very sleek. My only complaint was that we were seated next to a room with a large group and it was hard to hear each other talk, but nothing to be done about that. Backed that up with a solid salad, then moved into a homemade pasta with ragù that had no business being that good. Finished with dessert and walked out wondering why we'd even bothered with Utria in the first place. Here is the thing though... sometimes you need a bad experience to land in the right place.
