The lugs on the drivers side front tire came loose and we did not have the proper tools to fix it. We made it home safely and we are so incredibly grateful for guys like him! If we are ever out that way again and are in need of assistance(hopefully not), we will 100% call T&S!! Thank you so much!!! It was also great that we weren't charged an arm and a leg or our first born for the service!

If you need roadside assistance, call them!!! We were on our way camping when our camper trailer…read moretire blew. Our jack to our Tahoe was too big to remove the trailer tire and replace with our spare. We were stuck on the side of the freeway not knowing which exit we were near. It was late at night. We first called our insurance which (of course) did not extend coverage to the trailer tire - but they called people in our area for quotes. The best they could find was Carnaghi Towing which wanted to charge us $165. We didn't need a tow, didn't need a new tire, just the tool to change it! I then called Coffman's towing who said it would be $85. Ryan said he'd be to us in 20-25 mins. He showed up in nine (yes NINE) minutes!!! He then said he thought we were further away so reduced our price to $65. He changed our tire for us and noticed the spare was low on air so followed us to the nearest gas station and made sure we knew where the air pump was then left. Well, the air pump wasn't working and we were afraid to drive on it so he actually made a trip back after another call to fill up our tire with his air compressor! He saved us last weekend, was quick, and charged a FAIR price, plus went over and above to make sure we were safe. Thank you, Ryan!!

I am a long time customer of Hank's Transmission Repair. I was shocked by the negative ratings on…read moreYelp. Hank and his staff are trusted transmission mechanics in this area! The dealers confidently refer customers. Hank has fixed my truck twice during the 13 years I have owned it. I don't have a garage for my truck so it is continually exposed to the elements. The first time in 2016 at 77,052 miles, we have treacherous winters here in downstate Illinois, with the corrosive salt or beet juice spray on the undercarriage. A portion of the transmission cooling lines rust through so he replaced them for a very fair price. The second time was this week January 2023 at 98,713 miles after another portion of the lines rusted through. Hank replaced ALL of the cooling lines just to be safe. He was forced to create the lines from scratch because Ford has discontinued the OEM parts. On both occasions he could have told me that other parts in the transmission were bad, but he didn't ! As a lady driving alone I feel totally safe with Hank's repairs !

Gary is the absolute best!…read more Had a blowout on the interstate and ended up here because it was near (AAA basic service allows for 2.5 mi tow only) I called ahead to let them know my tire size, turns out they don't really even do tires but they didn't turn me away! Gary called around and found me a tire, when I arrived he popped off my wheel and we went to pick it up. It was to cost 200, too much. Gary, understanding I was not prepared to this amount of money quickly offered a solution. A tiny little tire repair and salvage shop where we secured a used tire costing only 30. After taking up TWO HOURS of his time, I was charged absolutely ZERO for their services. They even have to PAY for the AAA certification process, thus losing money. I even attempted to tip him for his kindness and time spent but HE REFUSED MY MONEY! This garage is local, respectful and honest. Gary explained how they often help motorists like me, coming off the interstate, because other locations will often take advantage of our desperation. Anyways, good people and good service. I will be driving up to Danville from Champaign if I ever require their services again.

Mark Carr is an angel. An honest to goodness angel. I was driving on the highway after 13 hrs on…read morethe road, coming from the East Coast, with just an hour to go to my destination, when my tire pressure light came on. After a nail biting 20 min, I barely made it to Casey's, not even knowing what state, much less town, I was in, tire completely flat by the time I parked. The girls in the store tried to help me find help, but everything was closed. I called AAA, who were USELESS. I considered paying the hefty fee for a tow to Crawfordsville, but everything there was also closed. I pondered leaving the car and walking to a hotel, but nothing was in walking distance. I resigned myself to just sleeping in my car w my dogs overnight and waiting for shops to open in the morning, when upon checking Yelp for the 3rd time, his listing popped up. He answered immediately, came over to inspect my car, drove back to his shop to get a portable air pump to fill my tire temporarily just enough so I could drive to his shop, then patched my tire, good as new, and SO SO reasonable. He was super kind to my pups as well. I was so filled up by his kindness during the rest of my drive home. Then, to my surprise, I saw an incoming phone call from IN and wondered if I had dropped something or screwed up somehow on my road trip, and it was Mark, calling to make sure I had gotten safely to my destination. Do you see why I call him an angel???? Tbh I cried, I couldn't believe his kindness.
