We brought the car in early in the morning and I expected they would need some time to complete the repair---however, I was probably there a total of 10 minutes when they announced they had found the problem and fixed it. The problem was a plugged drain line on the sun roof. They also told me there would be no charge. I expected the worst but received the best! Their honesty and efficiency have made me a lifelong customer. I only hope Canadians would be as lucky when requiring service in the USA.

The owner Shawn McEwen cleaned up the broken glass put temporary plastic sheets on my Windows and made arrangements with a speedy glass near my destination in Quebec to order the glass and do the work. He did a great job and did not charge me for it. The speedy glass people in Donnacona, Quebec had every thing ready when I arrived and performed the work quickly and my windows work fine. First of all when I called to inquire about price and such I was directed by staff to please stop in to see Derek so he could see the car and give the best advise possible about level of tint, exact pricing etc. When I arrived at the shop I found Derek on his hands and knees detailing a car, this guy cares so much about how well the job gets done, he actually gets his hands dirty and chips in himself. He told me he'd be doing my job himself and I immediately felt completely at ease. I was over the moon pleased with the job he did on the tint and it is clear to me that this guy cares about what people think of the job he does.
