My guided meditation with Heather proved both practical and educational. Despite my best efforts…read morein the past to perform even a 10 minute meditation, the experience was always unenjoyable and unsuccessful. But with Heather guiding me, it was different. I actually enjoyed it and didn't find it difficult. She began our appointment by explaining a few things to me, such as how to handle a wondering mind. She also told me what I can expect from a session and how to deal with somethings, such as seeing images and that I ought to simply observe them as art. Finally. She closed the meditation with a thorough grounding exercise that I appreciated being walked through and learned from. During my meditation, I did have some special experiences that I am grateful for, and Heather was able to give me some insights into the meanings of these experiences. After my session was over, and Heather had left, I felt amazing! With the goals of enlightenment and success, I believe that my guided meditation session with Heather did teach me some new tools that will help me to meditate more successfully in the future when doing it on my own. I've been coming to Crimson Moon for a while, and I've noticed the shop has changed a lot -- and…read morenot for the better. It used to feel more organized and intentional: tarot cards in one section, crystals and journals in another, with a sense of flow to the store. Now everything feels rearranged every time I visit, and items are mashed together in a way that makes it really hard to find what you're looking for. The store also feels more commercialized, with extra merchandise and glass cases that make browsing less enjoyable. I originally found my Ostara deck in a case like that, and while I was lucky to get help from a friendly clerk I trust (Cassie), it's not fun to feel like you're being monitored or watched as though you might be a thief. That energy makes it uncomfortable to shop, especially when other staff are more welcoming and helpful. I do still appreciate some of the staff (again, Cassie has always been kind and respectful), but overall the atmosphere has shifted. What used to feel like a magical, creative space now feels cluttered, overly commercial, and less inviting.
