Instead of offering clarity, she offered a rental car without explaining what was happening or when I would receive information. I declined the service and returned to pick up my vehicle. She handed me my keys without a single apology, acknowledgment, or basic courtesy. Before buying the car, I asked the sales person Hamlet where the key was, and he said it was in the trunk of the car, so my dumbass believed him and didn't check. After buying the car, and realizing I was lied to I had to drive back. Both the sales person weren't present so I had to ask someone else. When I asked Mario the (finance person) where the second key was, he said they had lost it, so i'm already annoyed. He said they will send one to my home address in a few weeks. Fast forward a few weeks and MONTHS, I still haven't gotten anything. I ended up calling to ask for the sales persons I worked with who I think was hamlet and Ray. I was told they'll call me back but they never did. MIND YOU I called them like TWENTY TIMES throughout several months. Each time I was told they'll call me back, but non of the sales person did. So at this point I've given up. I live super far away so it's not easy to go in person. I'm planning to go in person soon to demand a the spare I was promised. If that so happens to not work, i'm going to file a report to Mercedes Benz corporate.
