I used their app to order delivery. It was super easy to use, had a much lower delivery fee than other food delivery apps, and gave me a $10 coupon for the first order. The delivery was quick and seamless, even to the hotel. I ordered a few things to last while visiting- a La Mexicana salad, fresh fruit bowl, banana bread, and fresh squeezed oj. They flat-out refused, saying they couldn't walk a few steps to deliver it. Whether it's policy or not, this was a clear opportunity to go above and beyond for a customer, and they completely missed it. The workers who've answered the phone between Tuesdays of December 09,2025 and the manager as well are very incompetent of doing their job and has provided the worst customer service I've ever experienced. You need more staff, and that staff needs to communicate or maybe have better signage regarding pick ups. We ordered at like 1:30 pick up time was 1:45 it's 2:05 and they just started making my order, the staff is so overworked no one can ask them questions or figure anything out. I've eaten at a lot of fancy restaurants but this place is so fresh so good that it is way better than all those places. I recommend this place to anybody. Well, let me tell you I was very impressed! The quality of the food was exceptional and everything was very, very tasty. Sometimes healthier foods can be bland, but this is not the case with Carrot Express. I got a chicken wrap and a carrot/ginger soup. The wrap is big and prob enough to share, but I like it so much I ate the whole thing in one seating :/ Carrot ginger soup had wonderful flavor and was great for cool weather. This is a great healthy addition to Doral City Place! I came this weekend after I got an email promotion that they were offering BOGO breakfast items. As I've never had their breakfast I figured this was a great way to try some things out. The restaurant is located on the first floor of city place with either street parking (if you're lucky) or garage parking. If there was a con it would be that. I hate having to go somewhere and pay to park but it's Miami so what can we do. It's not the establishments fault. I decided to order the breakfast quinoa bowl that came with quinoa (duh), mushrooms, spinach, avocado, pico de Gallo and a sunny side up egg. It also came with their cilantro lime sauce. This dish was super filling and didn't leave me filling heavy. The cilantro lime sauce was amazing and really brought everything together. This is a great option is you're in a savory mood and want something healthy. Since it was bogo I also got the Berry Almond Butter Toast. It came with sourdough topped with blueberries, strawberries, chia seeds, coconut flakes, almond butter and a honey drizzle. This was amazing! If you went something sweet but still healthy-ish this is what I would recommend. It totally satisfied my sweet craving. I can't wait to go back and try the other things on the menu. great gem in doral city place. stop by with a friend for a small lunch and left thinking when can i come back. i ordered the salmon with sweet potatoe fries, the pico de gallo and avocado. the food was simple but tasty. parking is inside the covered garage and if you are lucky there are some in the side of the street. they have both inside and outside seating with some umbrellas. service was pretty straight forward nothing to complain about, but neither good.
