I walk in and she says "hello" to me as she is staring at her cell phone texting and doesn't even look up (not rude and unprofessional at all). Then she starts harassing me for information. "do you have a realtor" I say "yes" - she starts asking for the realtor's name, my info and I said "do I have to give all this information? I live in the neighborhood and if I am interested in moving forward my realtor will contact you". Then she says "oh so you don't have a realtor?" Accusing me of lying bc I don't want to give all my personal info out. She continues to be rude and aggressive, arguing and stating, "if this was your house wouldn't you want to know who was walking through it if something gets damaged?" Yes, as if my daughter and I will damage something while doing a tour. My daughter and I decide to leave bc wow, even if this was my dream house, I would never do business with this rude woman. And I would NEVER recommend this realtor to anyone. How unprofessional and rude.

She brought a well qualified buyer to purchase my principle residence in Philly's Chinatown in 2017. She got me a high price and delivered a hassle-free settlement. Throughout the entire time, she kept me apprised of every important item -- including the buyer's inspection requests, the buyer's mortgage commitment and the buyer's ability to close early. Without reservation, I can say she is the most ethical and principled Realtor that I know. And that matters, because in this market, it's very hard to find someone that you can trust. No transaction is too small for her (mine sold for $258,000), and she treated me with the same degree of customer service that she gives to her million dollar clients. Both literally and figuratively, Heather stands taller than practically any agent you will ever meet. And did I mention her sense of humor? At our settlement, Heather told some incredibly funny true stories and had us all laughing non-stop. Her sense of humor is loved by many, which is why she has so many fans. I strongly recommend Heather for all of your real estate needs.
