The building is infested and they act like each tenant can treat the whole building. They're just collecting $477 every time a tenant has a bedbug infestation, but how can a tenant service different units? They can't. It's not the tenant's responsibility. Also, my cat and I were exposed to 10 pesticide treatments for 10 months straight. Habitability is assumed in every leasing contract and this is not habitable. They are lying, doing a poor steam treat (which just scatters the bugs and doesn't kill them, I had set up a camera to watch the treatment), and just collecting $$$$$$$ from the tenants. Steer clear.
