The staff are all lovely and they measure the feet manually instead of using a machine which from past experience is not as accurate in my opinion. It is not a very large shop and can get quite cramped during busy times. The selection is quite good considering it is not a massive shop and they sell Geox trainers which are brilliant. Also a lot of the school shoes they sell are really lightweight but this does not mean they are not practical - they are. There is no hard sell approach and the staff are very understanding especially when I returned some shoes as my son said he had had second thoughts - they refunded my money instead of giving me a credit note which is what they were legally entitled to do.
