Staff are willing to help you find what you are looking for or look up a release date for you if you are not sure when a game will become available. They also have a loyalty card that lets you collect points on your purchase and turn them into money off coupons and the staff are keen to remind you to use this card so that you can collect your points.

There's plenty of staff, so soemone is always available to answer questions. There's also a good range of topions price wise, so almost anyone's budget can be accomodated.
