We bought a product from this store several months ago. They did not call us when it came in, so…read moreafter a couple of weeks, we went to the store. They had stored it in the back. They brought out two packages, which we took home. A couple of weeks later, we started installing the product, only to see that one component was missing. It was upsetting because we had hired someone else to install it and he was inconvenienced by the missing component. We went back to the store. They checked in the back, and found the missing component, in another box which had been opened. This is very very poor customer service. We had previously bought windows from this store and were happy with the service, but they had fired the man we worked with and hired a woman to replace him. She was the one who had failed to call us and to ensure our order was complete. We will not return to this store as long as she works there.
