We purchased tile and wood flooring from this store over the last couple of years. We are so pleased with how it turned out. The oak flooring was used in our living room, hallway, open kitchen and even the kitchen ceiling. Before that we had remodeled our bathroom using two kinds of your large format tile for the floor and shower walls. The staff provided thorough design help, great selection personalized service. read more

A big shout out to Arnquist Carpets Plus Colortile for the excellent service and install of our amazing floor. From Josh working closely with us on the many choices we had to select from and what the differences were for each one to the excellent work of installation from Ben Rusch. He committed to finishing in a specific time frame, cleaned the area before leaving each day, answered all our questions and did a beautiful job. Thank you thank you! read more

Great experience with Josh Wittrock at Arnquist Carpets! Josh was very thorough, patient and his follow up exceeded our expectations. We visited with Josh about our initial ideas and he made it so easy from there. He was very knowledgable about the products and gave us some suggestions on what would work best, things we hadn't thought of! He was really good at working with our budget and our schedule. Any questions we had, he was quick to respond with an honest, knowledgable answer. Highly suggest working with Josh at Arnquist and look forward to working with him again! read more

This family owned and operated business definitely exceeded our expectations on customer service. Friendly staff made installation a breeze. They not only laid rooms of carpet for us, but also repaired linoleum and a carpet. Great job! read more

Simonson Lumber of Alexandria

They brought out two packages, which we took home. A couple of weeks later, we started installing the product, only to see that one component was missing. It was upsetting because we had hired someone else to install it and he was inconvenienced by the missing component. We went back to the store. They checked in the back, and found the missing component, in another box which had been opened. This is very very poor customer service. We had previously bought windows from this store and were happy with the service, but they had fired the man we worked with and hired a woman to replace him. She was the one who had failed to call us and to ensure our order was complete. We will not return to this store as long as she works there.
