Last time i went I was deceiding between 2 floors and staff actually recommended the cheaper one! The range is carpets in this store is wide, they also do laminate floor. A car park is provided just outside the store and this is free. The store is quiet big and well iluminated. Last time I purchased a carpet from here, I was able to haggle and ended up getting a good deal. Beware, the staff are highly trained and will try and persuade you into buying even though you might not bee looking to commit just yet. read more

Staff rude, fitters rude had carpet layed 3 times with a different fault each time worst one was when they stuck grippers down on stairs with only glue and came off within a week and I fell town bottom steps, in end with many letters of complaints got refund but lost out over £100 on fitting fee as they wasn't willing to refund, never again shall I recommend this company to anyone. read more
