We chose to have glass sliding windows installed and a year later have had no problems at all. Everyone that sees it is impressed with the way it was built and we love it. Ben was in charge of the building and was so particular and worked very hard to be sure all windows slide properly and easily and still do. The door took some work but Ben kept working on it until it was perfect and still a year later has not changed. They did our floor electrical plug ins and even installed our window blinds. They wanted the build done quick and dirty to get their hands on our money. We made it very clear that quality was a high priority for us but what we ended up with was a disaster. The build was easily one of the very worst experiences of our lives so we would warn anyone considering using these crooks to stay far away. They make promises that don't plan on keeping. They are HORRIBLE at communication between the contractors and the clients. They are well known for not paying their contractors on time and such most of the better ones won't work with them. Building a new home should be one of the best experiences so PLEASE do not use this company!!! As to their warranty coverage, again, horrible. We've had many major issues with all aspects of our home and despite assurances that if we used "their suppliers" they would support us in any issues that could occur we dealt with most of the problems ourselves. We would sell our home if we could but it has been appraised at far less than we paid for it. STAY AWAY!!!

Then I looked closer and found they were to lazy to replace the bottom row of my siding. Then the roof was done. It looked good... Then my roof started leaking less then a week later! Water leaked through my ceiling, damaging my stucco finish, Ed claimed he could get it fixed... Still waiting. Don't pay until after a heavy rain storm.

We ended up not purchasing that particular cottage so I contacted him and he wished us good luck and I in turn would call them at a moments notice for any new home or renovation needs I may have in the future and will be sure to recommend them to my friends.
