Not a very good experience. Extremely expensive and they said that was because they were very good at what they do. The pattern ran the wrong way on the stairs and in the room I have a black line line all around the room on the white wood work. I now have to tape, put plastic down, buy paint and paint all the wood work. So much for saving me any time. Oh if they don't have other work The send install) for the day they will cancel and then I had to be home on my weekend watching them scuff up the wood work. For what I paid the experience should have been pristine and without a hitch. Needless to say the rest of the house will not be done by them. I am going to use Lowes (installers are contract just like Carpet One), it is much cheaper and it could not look any worse.
By the way no even called to see if it was done right, if I liked it etc. In my other houses in other cities they either called or in all but one sent some one out to look at the work and sign off. I am pretty sure they did not really care. If they did care and followed up, they might have had the other 5 rooms of work. read more
