I used Stanley steamers a few months ago and had a horrible experience so I decided to find a local company this time, that actually knows what they're doing. I found these guys online and called to get an estimate. The rep on the phone sounded pretty professional, and the prices seemed fair so I decided to book the service. I basically needed to get my carpets cleaned because my dog had a couple of accidents, and even though I tried to clean it myself, I could still smell the odor. I ended up going with the technicians' recommendation which was the shampoo cleaning because it has deodorizer. The cleaning took about an hour for one room about 300 square feet. The technician also looked very professional and had all the equipment necessary to perform whatever service I ended up choosing. I really liked the fact that he also took the time to examine my carpet and its condition before starting the cleaning. He really took his time to assess the situation and provided me with his honest professional recommendation. I felt really comfortable with the service and once the carpet dried it smelled amazing! My house looked and felt cleaner and I would definitely recommend Carpet Cleaning Group to anyone with pets as they do a great job at cleaning any odors or stains related to pet issues. read more

I just had Reggie from carpet cleaning guys nyc finish working on my area rug. After reaching out to a few local companies I opted to go with carpet cleaning guys, they were very nice on the phone and answered all my questions and seemed to have a great deal of know how. I had them come same day as I spilled some coffee on a white carpet, I must be honest I did not expect much but had to make every effort to fix the issue. I socked the carpet with some cold water and hoped the carpet cleaning pros would do thier best. When Reggie arrived he assured me that with thier deep cleaning he will be able to make the carpet look much better. Sure enough after working on the carpet for 25 min he called me over, to my delight the coffee stain was gone, I am super happy with carpet cleaning guys. Such a great experience! I bought three large-ish rugs on Craigslist and they weren't as clean as described so I called Carpet Cleaning Guys and Reggie was able to come early in the morning before I went to work. He was friendly, super quick and efficient and the rugs look and smell amazing and I now my apartment feels like a designer furniture showroom! I didn't pay much for the rugs but they were high-quality ones and Reggie knew exactly which products to use and treated them as though they were worth thousands. He even gave me instructions on the products to use and how to clean them if I have a spill, but to be honest, he was so reasonably priced, I'll just get him to come back every 6 months to freshen them up. Manuel showed up on time after calling to let me know he was on his way. He came in; inspected the carpet; and gave me his professional opinion on the best way to clean it. He gave me prices for three options, and then cheerfully and courteously packed up the carpet to take his company for the best cleaning possible. He also filled out the receipt with the details and instructions for the care and cleaning of my carpet. What a great carpet cleaning company! I usually use another service provider but when they were not able to accommodate me I was looking for another company. A friend recommended carpet cleaning guys and I'm so happy he did. From scheduling to same day service everything was outstanding. The tech called before arrival, when he arrived he gave me several options for cleaning and explained what is recommended. I loved the fact that he used green cleaning method. It was odor free and completely removed the stains I had on my carpet. Price was very reasonable, definitely worth it! I have used this company several times, usually when one of my dogs is ill and soils one of our cream-colored Beni Ourain rugs, but most recently when my son spilled orange-colored frozen yogurt on one of them. The company always comes quickly, the guy who comes is very, very nice, and they do a fantastic job--the rugs have been through a lot, and they really look great, thanks to these guys!
