10/10 we would put that in our mouth again. All of the things, all at the same time. We got the snickerdoodle, the coconut cake, and a salted caramel brownie. They were all delicious and well worth the wait. The staff box each order with a smile. read more

Located downtown Stockton, our bakery specializes in baking up the sweetest treats, wedding cakes and custom cakes for any occasion! Custom designed sugar cookies and a variety of savory and sweet breakfast pastries made fresh everyday. As well as a selection of hot drinks, cold brewed and iced coffees and frappes.

History

Established in 2010.

Carousel bakery and café has been established since 2010 and located downtown in Stockton Kansas. From a very young age I've always had an interest in baking and decorating cakes! I have attended many cake decorating and baking classes in the Wichita area, and went to the Wilton school of Cake Decorating at the age of 20, in the Chicago area. We have a storefront bakery with a very colorful and whimsical atmosphere! We offer a wide variety of breakfast pastries and treats in our showcase daily, as well as a variety of coffee drinks hot and cold ! If you are in need of a last-minute cake or cupcakes, we have a variety ready to go for you to take home!

I've always had a passion for baking and cake decorating at a very young age. Being from the Wichita area,I had attended many cake decorating and baking classes and courses. Finally attending and graduating at the Wilton School of cake decorating in the Chicago area in May of 2005. I've worked for many bakeries in the Wichita area,learning many different techniques along the way ! I would describe my personality as colorful,fun,busy and energetic......So my creations tend to reflect that too!
