Dr. Michael Deneningburg is fabulous, diagnosed my problem first visit, in about one month, he had me at the right place with the right specialist that could take care of my problem. I was misdiagnosed by a previous doctor and would still be suffering without the expertise of Dr. Deneningburg. He and his staff are excellent and care about their patients. Very fortunate to find this practice in Rock Hill SC. Highly recommend.

The one thing I learned was that no matter what the outcome of my allergy tests were, this place was only concerned with charging me for the visit and not details of my test results in order to determine the appropriate next steps. Susan I. Hungness, MD did not seem to concerned for my desire to be fully tested for food allergies (after they tested me in their office for seasonal allergies). Instead, the blood work order was for existing food allergies which makes no sense. I know what I am currently allergic to from testing 12 years ago but have no idea if anything new has come to fruition. Then I received a bill and called to inquire about my results. Although I was informed I would be contacted that day, I never was and they charged me anyway. I have no idea what the charges were for, why it was over $600 and furthermore, I did not authorize the charge and specifically stated I needed to review them before I make the payment. It is truly sad that I was never sent anything for this other than a bill. Isn't there a NO SUPRISE ACT? Needless to say I will not be returning to them as money is obviously their only concern. (The only calls received were after they would not provide me with the details and had already charged me and they were trying to schedule for me to come in for weekly shot/injections. Have never had a problem with them (they are sticklers about their shot policy which is a little annoying). The problems here as I see it include... a) That they actually did a full line tests THAT day. b) That my insurance/deductible was not going to cover any of the fee's. c) That the fee's for this would amount to $953.41 d) That they were rude when I called to discuss it. d) That they automatically charged my credit card WITHOUT my permission. (Even after I had told them not to.) How can they run a credit card transaction without the permission of the card holder? It just seems very SHADY, across the board. I would stay away from this place.
