I immediately asked about my arthritic pain and if they had something for it. She explained that she could not prescribe anything since they are not medically trained but did show me some oils and topical creams. She let me sample one cream. So I placed the cream on my knees and gave it some time. The bottle says 10-15 mins but I can tell a difference shortly after that. I will be back to purchase the cream. My knees fell a lot better.
