I am writing this review today, however, because I recently switched to using Quickbooks online and had many frustrations and questions over the weekend in working in the new program to prepare my 4th quarter reports for her. Candy not only responded to my many text questions right away but agreed to meet me on a Saturday afternoon (!!!) to go over some things in person...and then on Sunday (!!!) she was there to respond immediately to all of my questions. She always goes above and beyond to take care of her clients and after more than 10 years of working with her I have nothing but the highest level of respect and confidence in her work. Only once did I receive a response stating that they would call me on a date certain, but I did not receive any call on that date. So I emailed a couple times after that, and a week plus goes by, STILL no response. Not sure what the issue is with this company's intake process, but it has been frustrating and annoying, to say the least. I would leave one star but I decided to go easy since my experience was only with the intake and not with the service itself.

Due to this being a several thousand dollar mistake I reached out to discuss the issue with goldsmith and was unable to reach a manager or get a response from my tax preparer.
