Only good part about this place that is fast and professional is the radiology clinic. The intake ladies are terribly rude at the orthapedic clinic!! You get extra special mean attitude if you are non German. Hence the 2 hour wait for regular appointments. They have zero time management skills. Avoid this place if you can.
