I appreciate how they repurpose the original buildings, the vibe is that you've been transported to North Africa. You can immerse yourself in different temperature pools (sequential, tepidarium, and caldaroum), or chill on marble chaises with water jets and enjoy the relaxing sound of waterfalls. You also have the option of immersing yourself into a wine pool, which was very unique. The rooftop pool had a spectacular view of the cathedral and 360' of Seville. We were so looking forward but from the moment we arrived, the staff felt absolutely uninterested and disengaged (no one offered a tour or any introduction to the place), the whole place felt unclean (they allow street shoes in the dressing room (yuck), among many other issues), two of the showers didn't work, and the signage all over is just terrible. We stayed 20 minutes and couldn't wait to get out of there. I would not recommend this place. For reference, we went to a very similar place in Grenada and it was wonderful.
