That makes them popular. When I go, there are always people waiting to be seen. If their service were so bad that they needed to be shut down, then their office would be empty; not the case. I have been going there for almost a decade and received excellent care, advice and cleanings. I have never had problems with insurance. Their prices are fair and within reason. Their staff are mostly bi-lingual; speaking Spanish and English. I don't speak Spanish and have never had difficulty communicating. Special shout out to Ana, the dental hygienist. She is the compleat professional, possibly the best there is at what she does. I highly recommend this branch of Coast Dental because of the good service I have received over the years, as compared to other dental offices in this city.

I was in such bad pain that I had the tooth pulled from an oral surgeon that I found myself the next day. The oral surgeon stated that he was very surprised that this office even considered a crown because there was a very large black cavity inside the tooth visible from the surface. I kept the tooth in my possession for proof. I contacted this office for a refund of my $560 for a crown I never got. And now a week later, they are treating me with frustration and giving me , the patient, a run around and I even had to call my insurance to express my concerns to make sure they didn't fraudulently charge my insurance ! Every time I call this office, I get placed on hold or treated with a bad attitude with words like "the Dr is busy and I don't know what to tell you". I called again today and SUSAN told me to get an attorney ?! What the heck?! I'm very disappointed in the lack of humanity this business has displayed. I will be calling corporate. The dentist, in question, did a poor job with the crown and refused to be bothered with alleviating the pain I was having after his repair. Fortunately, I found Dr. McClaran and he took me on as a patient to correct the problem temporarily at no charge. We had to leave for Germany, where I worked, and when I returned to Cape Coral, after retirement, in 2016, we became regular patients of his. Girl too 20 minutes to get scan. It seemed forever. Crowns came. Crowns didn't fit. I said because gorl took forever on scan and seemed she was a rookie at it. Doctor did scan this time. It took him only 3 minutes to finish. He returned both bad crowns to lab because didn't fit properly. I had to wait longer again for molars. Crowns came again. Fit is only ok. Not perfect. Teeth so tight together I can't floss properly. I told Doctor but he complained that he would have to take crown off and sand it down to fit. He said it's supposed to be tight so no food gets in. I said what? He finally sanded or whatever he did to widen gap. Cleanings went ok there. The hygienist has language barriers. Front desk Heather was the best employee. Went back for exam with Dr. Espinoza and he said I have a huge cavity in tooth 19. I would need a root canal and a crown. I went to another dentist to get second opinion. This doctor said I do not have a cavity in tooth 19. Only slight bone loss which will be watched.

My original dentist was not open on weekends and I googled for dentists that would take an emergency patient on a Saturday. Gretchen, the office manager, was so kind on the phone and said they could fit me in. Angela and Yerlin, two techs, went the extra mile to fabricate another temporary crown for me. Before they started, they made sure I was aware of the costs and what the procedure entailed. They worked hard to make sure it fit just right and was comfortable. It is now even better than the original one that broke apart. They were so respectful and kind and I couldn't be more grateful for their good care! I was so impressed that I am switching dentists!
