Unprofessional. Parents are off the hook. Maybe they're upset they spent so much for schooling. They were yelling at refs and players. One dad, with the video camera, was an embarrassment to all. Whining like a little kid to the refs. Other parents were trying to get him to calm down, but couldn't. This guy is a real a-hole. His son must hate him. Players are disrespectful trash talking hackers. But I blame the coach and parents. We won by the way.

Students are mean, both girls and boys. If you want your child to be healthy and reasonably whole, don't sent your kid to this school. The cruelty is limitless, much worse than in public school. Beware if your kids shadow too, I heard some girls talking late spring amongst themselves breaking down a student who shadowed, ridiculing her social media, basically stating that she was a piece of trash and not only unvaluable to them as a human, but someone to be hated. There is nothing Christ-like about the students, they are horrors upon horrors. Consider yourself warned.

St. Ann's offers what has been lost to many because of the radical liberalism in many places, here there is peace and prayer and the traditional values that I grew up with. There is always something happening here. This is a Church where faith flourishes. From reverent Adoration to friendly Donut Sundays, the parishioners reflect the Spirit that flows from our Pastor, Father Reid. His honest and heartfelt belief, service and his educational homilies sincerely reflect Jesus. He takes the time know everyone AND if you see the way the children love him and the way he welcomes them and is so proud of their active participation, you will know this is a place that truly represents Our Lord. "13- And they brought to him young children, that he might touch them. And the disciples rebuked them that brought them 14 Whom when Jesus saw, he was much displeased, and saith to them: Suffer the little children to come unto me, and forbid them not; for of such is the kingdom of God. 15 Amen I say to you, whosoever shall not receive the kingdom of God as a little child, shall not enter into it." Mark 10:13-15

We were in the hunt for a Catholic Church for Saturday anticipation Mass ... and fell upon St…read more Ann's on Park Road. Beautiful church and wonderful service, especially with a superb song and music section to complement the liturgy. Like the other Catholic churches we've been to in the Charlotte area, this one seemed to have an overly rigid leaning toward conservative values ... traditional yes, but strongly conservative. Maybe it's just because we are in the South, but it seemed a bit over the top. Sometimes at our church in the Chicago area we have trouble getting two altar boys/girls to serve Mass ... here they had five, each wore white gloves, and dressed in the old-fashioned floor-length black cassock and white square-neck surplice. Many women in the congregation wore mantillas, and many of the prayers and much of the music was in Latin. Most received Communion on their knees and on their tongue. It was not off-putting, but felt very different from what we were used to ... sort of like being in a time warp. All in all, nice church, nice liturgy, exceedingly retro.

They literally told me in my face, we can use 6 months of your money but we are not going to prepare your son. They wanted my son to have the knowledge of a 7 year old. I don't know what they told my son that every day he came nervous to ask me if I loved him "they had traumatized him" and my son was there for 2 weeks in December and only 3 days in January, they agreed to return my money from January and so far no I have received nothing. Then I saw another parent with her kid in my son's new school, her reason "my daughter needed more action" Yeah... because this ladies from St Mark want your kids to sit for 4 hours without breathing. Pushing children to learn more than what their age allows can lead them to have anxiety, depression and that is why many times they end up hating and even murdering their parents. Do not force your children to listen to these people, the fact that you pay money does not make these places good schools. Of course I'm Latina, and my son is bilingual and Krueger asked me to tell my son not to speak Spanish... what right does that woman ask me to do that? A woman so old and she doesn't know basic Spanish in a country of immigrants? lol at least we have an accent but we speak and understand 2 languages. It is sad to see the racism that this pre-k has when inside the house of God.
