Even airbags warning light also came on at delivery and they asked me to drive it away. When I raised these concerns, the dealership repeatedly denied all issues and did not provide any practical solution, so I decided not to argue further. I have filed a complaint with OMVIC and submitted all documents. Depending on the outcome, I may also pursue Small Claims Court. An independent safety inspection from Canadian Tire on September 12, 2025 confirmed multiple safety failures, including damaged rear brake lines. Despite returning the vehicle to the dealership on four separate occasions, the core issues remain unresolved. I am deeply concerned about the validity of the original safety certification and the dealership's refusal to acknowledge independent findings. Additionally, the conduct of the dealer has been unprofessional, with repeated attempts to discourage outside inspections and shift blame. This situation raises serious concerns about public safety, consumer rights, and regulatory compliance.
