We set a date for the project to begin and they arrived as promised. What was amazing is each day everything was cleaned up, and the next day they began promptly. The final product exceeded my expectations and my mother's. The price from the original estimate didn't change. In today's business world it's nice to see a handshake still means something. We had a good phone chat about what the possible approaches might be. He asked me to send photos, which I did. He called back to say that he thought the cracks did not need repair at this point and that we probably have several years before any repairs would be needed. I asked questions about a couple of other concrete-related projects, and he answered each one in a way that did not create new work for him. In other words, Brandon was helpful and honest and demonstrated integrity that can often be lacking in contractors who are focused primarily on creating more work for themselves. So refreshing!! When we do in fact need concrete work, we will call Brandon!
