Unfortunately, almost none of it was actually available or functioning. The putt putt course was completely ripped to shreds. The greens were torn up and there were ants all over the course. The "playground" was basically three old coin-operated riding machines like you'd see outside a grocery store -- rusty and clearly unsafe. Calling that a playground for kids is ridiculous and honestly feels like an accident waiting to happen. The heated splash pad? Doesn't exist here. The bounce pad was broken down and clearly not working. The full kitchen/restaurant wasn't open at all. The front office was locked up most of the day. They're also still advertising access to another nearby park, but we were told that promotion is outdated and no longer valid. Yet the ads are still out there bringing people in. Don't rush to push spring break marketing when you literally have nothing working. Yes, we got a refund, which we appreciate -- but that's about the only positive thing to say. It's a shame because we've loved other Yogi Bear Jellystone parks, but the owners of this one clearly don't care about maintaining it. Avoid this place.

We spent all day playing and having fun outside and didn't realize the infestation until we came in to sleep. I'm talking up the walls in the bedroom, numerous amounts in the beds/on the pillows. Had to drive three hours back to Dallas with a crying child in the back that was devastated the camping trip was cut short. Management won't return my call, but they did refund our stay. I'm disappointed they won't have an actual conversation with me. My biggest concern now is bringing it into my home. I'm taking all precautions possible but still freaking out stay away! ETA: I called the Xtreme RV resort and spoke to the "CFO" and he said the housekeeper went over to the cabin and didn't see any bedbugs. Basically said they reimbursed us what else do we want them to do. I want to know what they plan to do if my house/car gets infested and he said we could contact his lawyer at that time. I'll put videos in the comments if the bugs. One more update! Someone tried to cancel their reservation for next weekend, concerned about bedbugs after my Facebook post and they refused as the person had "no proof" shady company for sure!

Belle Starr Camp Site at #C 12 had plenty of lake view coverage, trees, and a cement slab with a walled patio for outside eating. We spent this visit with friends and met other fellow nice campers too. There was so many things we did. This was definitely too much to take in. Perfect weather. Perfect views. Have a great time!!

My husband and I took a road-trip across the Southwest and shared in a multitude of adventures to and from. One stop on the leg of our travels included a visit to Lake Eufaula. It is one of the largest man made lakes in the nation and it offered a quiet and serene respite. We chose to rent a cabin with a stunning lake view. The treehouse style residence came with a park pass for recreational use. We were reminded by the locals to bring "deep woods" when visiting the area. We purchased the "Off" to keep mosquitos and chiggers as suggested "off"! Part of this trip was business and part of it was pleasure, but the biggest piece was a chance to have some healing time to grieve the loss of my mom. Grief is a long and winding road that takes time to manuever and never quite ends. I found some comfort in staying in such a peaceful place. Great day fishing for crappie on Lake Eufaula. Larry is friendly and knowledgeable about fish and…read morewildlife in and around the lake. We caught many crappie and a few white bass . The guide supplied everything needed to fish, except you have to buy your own OK fishing license. Larry told us how to do that the day before, online or by phone. A Non-resident, one-day fishing license was $15. You can have it emailed to you and keep it on your phone. The boat was sturdy and optimized for fishing. No bathroom on board, but there are places to pull in and use the facilities if needed. Be prepared to start early-- we met him at the marina at 6:30. Larry cleaned and filleted all our fish lickety split and put them in ziploc bags. It was really fun watching the catfish, turtles and ducks grab all the waste scraps as they hit the water. I would definitely recommend Larry's Outdoor Adventures for a great fishing trip on Lake Eufaula.

The boats look nice enough but the one we ended up with was lacking some of the basic things I believe pontoons are supposed to have like fire extinguishers and flares. If they were there, we could not find them. We also couldn't find an anchor which made stopping for a quick swim or some fishing a little more challenging. The biggest issues we had were that a lot of the features on the boat console were unclear due to wear and tear on the buttons. Also, the ladder was likely missing a rung and it made it difficult for several of our riders to climb back into the boat. Again not a terrible boat nor a terrible staff. They were very friendly. I just wish that some of the little things were better.

We rented the 22 ft pontoon boat for 4 hours for a family outing. The day was absolutely amazing and the lake was in perfect condition. You will meet the nicest people in Oklahoma and this trip was no different. We will be back to eufaula again and most likely back to the marina. The boat was misrepresented in several key ways -- including the engine, surf system components, upholstery, Bimini, and even the sound system, which was not in working order. Upon delivery, the boat was filthy and had not been detailed or cleaned as promised. It had also been towed with the tower down, causing damage to the tower, tower speakers, steering wheel, and window. We were told the boat "ran great," but when we put it on the water, that was not the case. Diagnostics later revealed mechanical problems that existed before the sale but were not disclosed. Communication and honesty throughout the process were very disappointing, and the level of misrepresentation left us feeling taken advantage of. I would caution anyone considering doing business with Nine Powersports to proceed carefully and independently verify all details before purchasing.

Purchased a used boat the end of Feb 2022 from Flamingo Marine in Eufaula OK. Told me if I paid…read more$2000 extra he would go through the engine and make sure it was running and drivable. What should have been a test and tune. over 3 months later this has not happened. I paid cash for what he was asking and have received almost nothing for it. Issue 1 - Terrible communication and questionable integrity. Issue 2 - They will tell you one thing then do nothing for weeks and you will have to .hound them. Issue 3 - March they were supposed to be getting the boat ready, do a test and tune etc.. Issue 4 - April ,The battery was being ran down and they couldn't find the problem. Starter was also dragging and would barely turn the engine over. Was told they would pay for and order a new starter and weeks went by and come to find out their order was cancelled by the supplier. I was not told until I confronted them. Waited 2 weeks more, nothing... So I took the boat to my house and found the issues, bought and installed a used starter, getting the boat to finally fire off. Issue 5 - 1st week of May I went to test the engine myself. Took the boat to the water and started the motor and almost instantly started knocking. Killed it and took it back to Zac. Water was in the 4 stroke motor oil. Was told they would take care of it and make it right. They came and got the boat at my house which is near them. They took it to a mechanic / their boat parking area near them. It has sat there over 2 weeks and when I confronted them again they said they were taking it to another guy in Indianola who could get to it. As of this week it still sits in the same place and hasn't moved. It is now May 25th and I'm still waiting ......90 days and counting... No communication for a week now....

Well the last few times I went by they was still closed, now they are finally open. Food was better…read morethan I would've expected. Fresh veggies and the bun was also toasted. I would recommend this place. Only thing on the menu was pizza and cheeseburgers though.
