The vet care is adequate; however, there are a few issues to be aware of. As someone else mentioned, there is no grass for relieving your nervous pet prior to going in or coming out of the building. I've also consistently had problems with accurate documentation of vaccines and mentioned multiple times by email, phone, and in-person that my dog is up-to-date with vaccines and they can stop sending me notices in the mail. I provide proof of this every time, but it still continues. A huge negative is that there was no vet or tech follow-up conveying recent lab test results causing a delay in treatment. I was told results take two weeks, but the date on the paperwork shows they had access to the results a full week ago. Only after I called, was a plan of treatment set in place. I have considered going to a different location for veterinary services due to these issues, but likely the next place would have their own issues. One plus for this office is that they coordinate care with an an outside provider who provides chiropractic care and red-light therapy.

Could not get Dibby in 2 weeks ago, for eye ulcer, even though eye issues should be taken care of immediately because it CAN become very serious very quickly. I was forced to go to another vet in nearby town. Dibs is not better, so did get in to Dr Long yesterday, (only because there was a cancellation). I told office when I made appt that I also needed Dr to also 1. listen to his heart, as it seems to be beating harder all the time and Dibs has a Murmur and is old. VERY IMPORTANT! and 2. just check a tiny cyst that doc had seen before...He did one eye procedure, and told me Dibs needed another procedure on Tues. Did NOT listen to Dibs's heart, said he would come back into exam room, if I was willing to wait. I said ok. Did not check his tiny cyst. 10 minutes later, staff tells me to leave, that Dr is already behind on appts. I said that's not my problem. They said heart could be listened to on Tuesday (!), and still charged me for full exam even though exam was not completed. Also did not fill his eye pain meds. I came back today to pick up meds, and they would not give to me, because I wanted to put its' fee on the Tuesday charge. I waited over 10 minutes and the office mgr said she "could not let me out the door with meds without Dr's approval", even though they never finished yesterday's exam but were happy to charge me full exam fees. I finally walked out and will find another Vet. Disrespectful and rude. Office needs to stop accepting new clients when they can't or won't take care of their old clients. Dr needs an associate vet, and better organized office. Office Mgr needs to realize she has a job because of the clients.

We have experienced aggressive groomers in the past and since then she has not been the best with groomers. I informed Julie (the sole Owner and Operstor) of this and informed her to stop the session if my pet was too anxious or stressed out. I reinforced that I would still pay in full, but to prioritize the dogs comfort. I'm not sure what happened during the session.... But based on the physical injuries from my pet on my pet, I would like to assume there was some rushing, and aggressive maneuvers. I found active bleeding in her ear from aggressive plucking, I found scabs near her neck and groin area, and my pet seemed emotionally traumatized once again. My pet refused to eat for 2 days and did not go outside in fear of potentially encountering another groomer. Months of behavioral training just thrown out the window. I'm back to square one... For the sake of my pet, Im investing in a grooming kit and will be grooming my own pet from now on. You failed as a groomer and permanently shutting down your Google business pages to dodge public accountability and leaving a final replies just so you could get the "last word" is pathetic. It's also funny that your Google page didn't get any activity for a couple years, but right after I left my 1 star review, two of your friends drowned it out with a 5 star review.
