Carlo and his two sons did a great job for me. They lifted my hot tub out of a 2ft deep pit under a pergola at the back of my house and craned it over my house to a waiting truck-trailer at the front. If you want to book then confirm 2 days ahead of date & time then on the day after he's a half hour late, call him and he hum's and haas saying he booked you in for 3 hours later than booked then says he sent his operating on an earlier call then was to come to you..... hmmm. Story changes to suit his incompetence. When my husband called back again and was told now he can't get ahold of his operator and had words with Carlother Carlo said "well we'll end this right now" and isn't coming!!! Talk about not taking responsibility for his mistakes but then leaves us without a crane after workers are hanging around for an hour then scrambling to find another crane!! Seriously! These guys really know what they are doing! They are careful, pay attention to detail, efficient & extremely professional. We just watched them do a big job involving several large trees between 2 homes & they did an amazing-outstanding job - honestly we were in awe & they left no mess behind.
