God blessed me hiring Mr. Grisham…read more Former Military, City Fireman, Defense contractor with secret clearance, and now aircraft mechanic at a major airline. Never been in trouble in my life. I had some issues in Canton, Ga. Police have a very tough job and make mistakes and thus, found myself in the back of a police car on the way to jail. Everything I spent a lifetime working for was in jeopardy. Initially, I hired an attorney for 5K with good reviews and misleading online image. However, I felt my attorney was more interested in a Plea Bargain than clearing my good name. I spoke with friends in the police department back home in Indiana and they advised me to seek other counsel. I prayed to God about it and asked around and Grisham & Poole constantly came recommended. I terminated my first attorney and Hired Ross Grisham. The first time I met him was at the courtroom calendar call. As I sat waiting, Numerous sloppily dressed defendants and attorneys with bad suits filed in and out of the courtroom. Note, It might seem trivial how your attorney is dressed but it can make a world of difference. It acknowledges respect for the judge, court, and projects creditability to the Jury. People are more inclined to listen. And then God delivered! Ross came in looking sharp dressed with a good rapport with the Judge, Prosecutor, and fellow attorneys. Ross is a straight shooter and he will work to understand your story and get you the best outcome possible. Nothing left to chance and Well prepared for court. Outstanding job in my immunity hearing! These guys like winning! I was all in going to jury trial! Ross wanted to change tactics on the prosecution and tagged Scott Poole to jump in during the trial. Scott, Well prepared, studied my case, knew the law, dressed sharp and also had a good rapport with everyone. Did his homework after a day in court! Great Job picking my jury! Mr. Poole took the prosecution's case apart step by step. Mr. Grisham and Mr. Poole have different styles but they have incredible synergy! The jury came back, Victory! Unanimous Not Guilty on all counts. All said and done, an outstanding job and whatever I paid them just wasn't enough. I left the office a huge tip with no regrets! The office staff and investigator did a great job also! God had his mighty hand on all of them for me. In all sincerity, Thank You Jesus I have my life back! There just isn't enough adjectives to describe how Highly I think of and recommend the Grisham and Poole law firm. God Bless,

We made the decision to supress evidence in the case and Mr. Poole won the argurement and evidence against me was dismissed. Not only was he able to get me in and out of the courts and jail in time to get back to work, when we hit a roadblock with the probation department transferring my case to another state he immediately filed motions and had me back in front of the judge within days. If ever you have a question, they respond quickly and truly invest themselves in their clients well being. I couldn't be happier with the services provided by Brad.

I paid his flat rate free almost 3 years ago which followed numerous court appearances that he was conviently aware that his presence was not needed but never managed to notify me that I too had no need to appear. On at least 4 occurrences I took time off work to sit in the court room until I called and was notified by his friendly staff that my hearing had been postponed. This should have been a red flag to his poor service. This assumption was confirmed when almost 3 years after purchasing his services he claimed I had not paid his fee in full. I was unable to find a receipt of my final payment due to the length of inactivity. I did provide an email he sent stressing I must pay at our 1st court appearance, which is when I paid him the 2nd installment if the legal fee. His kimd staff even confirmed that the office had changed their account management system sometime after the first court date. He continued to give a false sincerity until I chose to refuse his suggestion of a plea deal for a DUI that we have proven I was not intoxicated during. Communication pretty much ceased until today when I recieved notice he has dropped my case. He has done zero work on this case and it seems I was being extorted for more money. A competent attorney would resolve a simple dui case within 3 years and also have the ability to manage his billing practices.

Robb Ortman is exceptional in character and work ethic. I had no idea who was on my side when he…read moredecided to help me with my case. Robb paid for everything out of his own pocket. I had no clue what the costs were for filing on my behalf, or that it cost anything at all. It's only until recently, now that I have been looking into doing the work myself that I have gained a more grounded perspective of what he invested. I also had no idea how big my case actually was. I just wanted the woman who violated me to pay for what she did. Unfortunately for me, being honest became my misfortune. After the judge kicked my case out, my husband advised me to let it go and live in peace. He could see how disturbed I became whenever I thought about what I had been through while dealing with this case. So I told Robb that we didn't want to pursue it anymore. I've learned over time that I am not someone who can simply let things go. I hold grudges. What happened to me made me more bitter and more angry as time passed. My distrust in police and court systems grew immensely. I eventually ended up accusing Robb of cheating me. He offered solutions to overcome my accusation and I immediately felt silly. In my own blindness and anger, I looked for another way to accuse him. How ridiculous and rude of me. Robb was just and right in all of his pursuits in my case. Robb was able to foresee the ramifications of my assault that I was unable to at the time. He is a trustworthy individual who actually cares about you. Thank you so very much for all of your time and invested efforts Robb. I apologize for the audacity I had in ever accusing you of anything. You're a great man and I will find a way to repay you one day.

I was charged another 4k. For using that attorney I guess. I asked for another attorney, was assigned Courtney, which was worse. They never provided me with any updates about my case. All I got was them demanding the same information from me week after week and charging me for every person reading it. Double dipping.
